Very accommodating
The service tech called ahead on arrival time, was courteous, and explained what he was doing and why. Exactly what you want for an in-home service. Excellent provider.
Our downstairs air conditioning unit quit working. I was searching online, but hadn’t called any of the companies. Just from browsing, I received a call from Ultimate Heating and Air, and the technician was at my house within 30 minutes. He diagnosed the problem, flushed the lines, and fixed it. It was only a little over $200 to include the house call. Highly recommend!
Brady and the entire Ultimate team are fantastic to work with!! We use them on our rental properties and they treat our tenants and us respectfully every time. The technicians are knowledgeable and explain the repairs with detail. I trust and highly recommend Ultimate Heating and Cooling.
I love these guys! They’re reliable and honest. They have have some excellent programs and incredible technicians. We recently had our A/C unit stop working one evening and they were out the next morning to fix it. If you use them I highly recommend their monthly service plan they offer - it’s a game changer and has more than paid for itself for us (plus there’s several other pros to having it). 5 Stars for sure!!!!
They are phenomenal! I cannot recommend Ultimate Heating & Air enough. They care about their customers, provide excellent service, and go the extra mile. They were quick to get us scheduled to diagnose what was wrong with our unit. Dustin was our tech and was able to quickly identify the problem and offer different solutions. Being in a tight spot, we discussed our options for replacing our unit with him and Brady. Brady is amazing to work with. I asked a million questions and he kindly answered them all. He provided tons of information on different unit options and saved us a lot of money for a far better unit that we would've gotten anywhere else. They have really good financing options if that is needed. Installation was flawless. They arrived exactly on time and even fixed some of the 'squirrely' work that was done by a previous HVAC provider last year to ensure the new unit worked properly. You can tell they really care about their customers and it was a pleasure to work with them. I don't think a better HVAC provider exists in Huntsville right now. 11 out of 10 level service. Don't hesitate to use them!!

Ultimate came out and replaced our HVAC unit today. They were incredibly knowledgeable, they gave us options for replacing the HVAC telling us about the different brands, options, and pricing for each option. I will absolutely be going back to this HVAC company for future business.

I called Ultimate Heating and Cooling because my unit needed repair. They promptly came and assessed my unit. It needed to be replaced. Our technician who came was courteous and polite, knowledgeable and prompt on our appointment time. I was very happy with our service.

The two men who came to my house this morning did a wonderful job. Both gentlemen were professional and informed us how to use an app to change the temperature in the house. I will definitely refer your company to anyone who needs air conditioning help.

An extremely informative and professional company. Learned more about my HVAC unit from the technician who worked on it then I did when it was first installed.
Ultimate installed a mini split system for me after my window unit stopped working. They exceeded my expectations as far as quality of work, cleanliness of the area during and after the install. Very professional in all aspects of the service. They made sure I understood how the remote worked and answered all my questions. They even called me the next day to see if the system was working as expected.
