This maybe a unfair review, because they could be a really good business. I wouldn't know cause they don't sell to the public, only to contractors. Who buy $20 parts and charge 300 for them when doing service.

I Gave this business 5 stars because every time any customer walks through the front door any of employee's working the counter all say good morning. If you go in there regularly they remember your name & always address you by your name. They treat you like family. One of the biggest things they do for me is when I am making a big order & forget to say a part they know I am probably going to need it and they know I have forgot to mention it they always ask me are you going to need a thermostat, a pad, or any tape to go with particular order. That is huge for me because I am usually in a hurry so that reminder saves me a trip back there costing me time & money. All the employees are very well trained in the equipment they sell if you have a question about it??? They usually can tell you the answer off the top of their head. The tax is a plus too!!! 💰
