Mark McClellan came out and explained the problem to me very clearly, found a rare part for my system (rare because the system is ancient), replaced it, cleaned the coils and filled up the coolant, all for a fair price. He kept me notified throughout the process. I will be using Temperature Pro again in the future.
Daniel is outstanding! He is professional & meticulous - really knows the AC business. He explains everything thoroughly in a way a layperson can understand. I would definitely recommend giving Temperature Pro a call for any AC concerns & ask for Daniel! I give his knowledge & expertise 5 stars 🌟

After my grand parents getting an extremely high quote to replace a gas valve she called and asked me to find a reputable contractor to help them out. I have been in the hvac trade since 1998 here in Texas and operate my own hvac company. After reading online reviews I called Temperature Pro and explained the situation. Spoke with Daniel the service manager and he was able to get the furnace diagnosed and quoted what was needed. I appreciate the punctuality and fair pricing.

These guys are A1. On-time for every call and very responsive. I was there for the install and they were very professional and efficient installing all new ductwork. Daniel was great at educating me on what I needed and why. He worked very hard to give me many options at different prices to resolve my issue. Ultimately, it turned out the entire duct system in our house needed to be replaced. Great guys, even better work. They worked 7-7 basically two days in a row and, upon request, came back for a third day to touch up a few things I pointed out. No major issues at all but I greatly appreciated the diligence of making sure I was happy. Will definitely use them in the future!
Both of the techs were very professional and did an awesome job getting my air back working and I am grateful and truly best because it was extremely hot and now I can sleep good at night!!! Thanks Temp Pro for doing an outstanding job!!!!!
Once again they prove their the best. With their check in system, they confirm the date and time . Then there's the profiles sent on the tech so I knew Mark coming out and he was there on time. Checked the system out, left no mess behind. What a great company.!!
I remain blown away by the positive experience I had with Daniel and team at Temperature Pro. Our 3ton 2005 HVAC system had died and we needed a full replacement. We had also noticed hot and cool spots on the upstairs floor serviced by the system. Daniel conducted a thorough inspection of the old system and our duct work, then provided a clear explanation of the various issues followed by highly detailed estimates for replacing the old system. He patiently answered myriad questions, including a couple that required a bit of research. He provided a second set of estimates for a different system to help us stay within budget. He made sure replacements were Energy Star and offered excellent warranties and financing w/Greensky. He was able to schedule the installation when we needed it and his team were on time, professional, and cleaned up when they were finished! Communication with the office staff was also professional and prompt. Daniel and the others at TempPro earned our trust and we will be hiring them for biannual maintenance and any future HVAC repairs/installations. A-plus on BBB and glowing reviews of Daniel on Google are well-deserved.

And Brooklyn was a great office manager who efficiently provided scheduling and overall assistance on the phone. Would recommend and use this company for all my HVAC needs. My family has used TemperaturePro several times and they are without a doubt the best in the business. One phone call and they were super responsive and took care of the issue. One time they serviced a unit for one of my daughters and had her back up and running in no time and for a very reasonable price. Another time my other daughter had a unit that was not repairable and they worked with her to get a new unit at a vary fair price and did the work quickly and efficiently. Not once did they try to sell something more than what was needed and both have been working great since then. They are definitely my go to people for anything related to to AC or Heat issues. You can trust what they say and have peace of mind knowing you aren’t getting taken advantage of. I highly encourage everyone to give them a call for any AC or Heat work you may need.
