Jackie came in figured out the issue with the ac unit not putting out cool air he did a fantastic job and was very professional we will definitely use Wilbur’s for any of our problem in the future.
I am a new “PINK PLAN” maintenance customer!! Approximately two weeks ago, I was with another company. I needed a second opinion about my air conditioner system. I called Wilbur’s Air Conditioning, Heating, and Plumbing and they immediately sent Master Technician, Matthew Piston!!! He was timely, courteous, professional, and very passionate about his job! He was very respectful and very proficient. He went above and beyond getting my system working properly!! I can honestly say that I am extremely satisfied with Wilbur’s Air Conditioner, Heating and Plumbing and Staff to the point that I am definitely “TICKLED PINK”
Called them Friday night. They were communicative abd got me scheduled for Saturday morning. The tech arrived on time and was prepared and clear. Conner was knowledgeable and gave me some helpful tips while getting my HVAC back up and running
Surprisingly prompt service on AC. No complaints fair price and professional
Jason was friendly, professional, & very knowledgeable. He & Brady explained the problem & my options, along with written pricing for each one. They completed the repairs on my hot water heater in a timely manner. I will definitely become a repeat customer of Wilbur's. Highly recommend!
No air conditioning isn’t a great way to start your morning. Called Wilbur and they sent over technician by lunchtime. Connor was efficient and effective. Cool air was flowing before 1:30pm! Thanks Connor!
Justin and Spencer were awesome. They made sure our needs were met and treated my home like it was theirs. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. They replaced two toilets and it took like 2 hours. Toilets look amazing.
This was my first time using Wilbur’s. I was extremely pleased with the experience. Everyone I spoke with from the front desk to the technician Conner was very professional and polite. The prices were very fair and reasonable too. If I ever need plumbing or a/c work again, my first call will be Wilbur’s!!!
Omari, He’s an outstanding service man. He is knowledgeable experience and talks in common sense, so that Customer can understand. He was respectful and very helpful. He represents Wilbur heating and plumbing in top fashion.
We have used Wilbur's now for 2 major plumbing issues in the last 6 months. On both occasions, the technicians were courteous, professional and knowledgeable. The work was completed in a timely manner and to our satisfaction. We would especially commend Jason and Brady on their excellent customer service. Thank you for a job well done!
My technician was Amari Goodwin. This young man was engaging, professional, intelligent, efficient, and DID HIS JOB! He smiled the whole time he was at my home and kept me informed of everything he was doing and why he was doing it. He gave me tips on this and that which were very helpful. This level of customer service is very rare these days, if you have been anywhere you know what I mean. Amari is to be commended for a job well done!
When you have to use a repair service for the first time there's always a concern they will try to over charge or cheat you. Complete opposite with WAC not only did they get back in touch at five in the morning after we discovered our A/C had stop working they sent out a technician on Father's Day first thing in the morning to diagnose and fix the problem. Mr McCloud was very professional and friendly. He diagnose the problem and gave us several options to fix the issue. I can't recommend them enough and will definitely use them in the future.
Excellent customer service. From initial intake to finished product. Have used several other plumbers and not been satisfied. I will use Wilbur’s Air-Conditioning, Heating, and Plumbing from now on. Knowledgeable, and explained the problem and what they were doing. Dale and his helper made me feel confident in their expertise. Also, Karen is very easy to work with scheduling.

Dale came right in to access the issue. Went to his truck and returned with the needed supplies. 20 minutes later problem resolved. Fast and professional service.
