We called Stegall on Sunday evening and Justin was the technician on call. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He kept us updated as to when he would arrive and was very professional. After a simple check, he had us back up and running in no time. He also told us about the maintenance program Stegall offers and absolutely sold us on that because he was so kind and helpful after hours. I would highly recommend them based on our after hours interaction with Justin.

They're expensive like all plumbing but when I got multiple quotes, their quote was comparatively reasonable, and they did do good work. Like that they can do gas and water. Most only do water.
Brad at Stegall was the third plumber I called to come to my house after a week of issues with our water heater, and he was the only one who found the real problem. He was incredibly helpful and professional. I will most definitely be calling Stegall from here on out!
Joe came out and assisted with an issue our A/C system was having. He was incredibly cordial, helpful and fixed the issue.
Very professional, prompt. Joe Ridder has fixed our A/C and Jimmy (electrical) installed a vent fan in our bathroom. Excellent: highly recommend!
They were scheduled to arrive between 8-9 a.m. Technician called at 9:20 to ask if he could come around 10:30. No apology, no explanation Unacceptable. I guess if you have a very flexible schedule and can afford to wait around, give them a try; maybe you’ll get lucky. But if you have a job or any kind of life with a schedule, don’t waste your time.
Honest guys who know how to diagnose and fix any ac or plumbing problem. Fast too!

Our heat went out on us on 12/2/21. We called and they had Justin come out that afternoon. We are in a rental so everything has to go thru a property management company, which has its complications, but Stegall had the patience to deal with them. Justin and the Stegall team fixed our heat and answer all our questions. He was on time, professional, and fast. Highly recommend.

The word exemplary expresses the “best of its kind” which is more than merely installing equipment. Understanding the correct technology solutions that balances our new system components with our original old components was an essential service that made our project a great success! David Gilbert assessed our problem and recommended our solution and his installation team of Todd and Jay preformed excellent work and left everything clean!!

Jason came out to our house at 2am to fix our water heater because it was just spraying water for hours. He was able to help us stop it from leaking water so we could sleep peacefully. He was so professional and came on time. I had such a good experience with him, I am going to recommend him to anyone and everyone. He is very knowledgeable. He deserves a huge bonus and pay raise through the company because it is hard to find people like him. Especially coming out at 2 in the morning.

Did nothing, charged me over the "eval" price, yet did nothing. When called to ask about this and let them know the exact problem is in place that was when they arrived, they did listen. Promised a call back, no call back, and certainly no refund.
Very unprofessional and impossible to deal with. Do yourself a favor and find a more respectful company.
