I think Kyle, did a good job of unclogging our clogged pipes. However, i really think that you charged to much. Right at $400, to unclog a simple clog, was just too much. So with that said, ill give you a ( 🌟🌟🌟🌟), for the service. But a ( 🌟🌟), for over charging for a simple service.
Austin represented Standard well. He was thorough, took his time and communicated clearly about the service he performed. Very professional and friendly.
Mason was a great tech! We had him come out for an annual AC service and we were very happy with his high level of service. Friendly, neat, on time and the most reassuring part is that Mason really knows his trade. This was the first time we’ve used Standard and we’ll definitely have them out again. Would most definitely recommend.
Our air stopped blowing cold. Standard Air’s technician arrived promptly and when promised, quickly diagnosed the problem (a blown capacitor), and fixed it in the same visit. The technician, Eddie, was friendly and professional. I’ll use them again for sure.
He didn't call me before he left, he mounted the thermostat lower than he could have by almost a foot.

Eddy Reynolds was great. He knew where to look and what to do to fix our problem (one bad condenser in a heat pump on the roof and one bad fan motor in the indoor ac unit) the only problem? So EXPENSIVE ! The cost is outrageous and we have no choice but to pay it. If you were more affordable I’d give you a higher rating

Great guys, thorough, friendly, no nonsense. Would recommend. I've now used Standard several times, and very pleased with their work ethic in completing job at hand. Tamarious and Matt found a problem, and handled.
Apologize for the delay but I would like to express that Daryl professionalism was extremely on point. I had dealt with other heating and Air services which were dishonest and not professional. So I am grateful that this young man represents your company well.
