The Service Tech staff was absolutely amazing to work with. They explained all of our options and answered all 100 of my questions simply and without frustration, making sure we ended up with the best product for our family. We chose the Amana-S and we are already seeing the energy savings, not mention the cool air. The install team Jared, Robert, and Brandon were exceptional. They were polite, helpful, and kept everything so clean! They made a customer for life out of me!
Could not have asked for better service! Tech was on time, friendly and professional. Completed our preventative maintenance and was able to isolate and diagnose an issue that we’ve been having with our upstairs unit. Highly recommend Service Tech!!

We had been having issues with our unit since the install in December 2019. There has been at least a dozen people try to repair the problem. They all used "bandaids" for a temporary fix. This guy checked everything thoroughly and finally found a wiring defect that came from the factory. Can't believe no other technician could see this since they are trained to recognize issues like this. I would highly recommend this company. Hopefully every technician is as thorough as the one we had. Thanks Mr Lamberson!

Yesterday's service tech arrived as scheduled, professionally conducted all business, was courteous in conversation, and tended to details. Yesterday's visit was excellent, the type of service we've come to expect and appreciate after many years with Service Tech Heating & Air.
Original worker was delayed on job before mine, bit they sent someone in his place. He arrived quickly, was very personable and efficient I've dealt with ServiceTech many times and that has always been the case. Exception service.
Service Tech did a great job at fitting me in on the same day when my A/C suddenly went out. John, the technician, was kind and very knowledgeable. He fixed my A/C issue quickly and kept me informed the entire time. I highly recommend this company and will use them in the future for any additional issues I may have!
Our hvac decided to stop working in the middle of the night, so my husband called first thing in the morning and they were at our house within about 2 hours! With hot days and a baby, they were lifesavers!
