I have used Justin Carter before he and his partner joined and formed S-Tek and have enjoyed his services and especially now since they started this business. I used them for regular maintenance for my past home and they have kept my HVAC system running great! I just recently bought a 2007 house that needed a HVAC system right away before moving in and they were able to install the system a couple of day's after our closing. They also installed the purify system for it as well and I have to say, everything from start to finish was professional, courteous, efficient, excellent pricing and most of all HONESTY. One thing they do before a new HVAC installing in your home they will research your home on a web site that tells them when the house was built, how much square footage there are and what HVAC system was installed. See my house originally had 1500 sq.ft. and now since then they have completed the downstairs living area I now have 2450 sq. ft. which my unit was pushing all it could to heat and cool a twice as much sq. footage home that couldn't keep up. Now I have the correct unit installed and we are enjoying a cool summer with an efficient HVAC unit thanks to S-Tek. So you ask would I recommend these guys, you bet. I am completely satisfied with their service and crew. Thanks Justin Carter for a great experience with your partner and crew for a major purchase and installation.
Justin has performed several a/c services for me over the years. He has always been very fair and honest with his pricing. Also, S-Tek is has never kept me waiting around all day. They give have shown up promptly for each service call. I totally recommend them.
