We have been doing business with m&a supply company for the past twenty something years you will not find a more established company with the finest people for service and supply. What can I say the quality of their merchandise is USA number one which is a great value to all of us my customers love it they love that warranty that labor and parts warranty that comes with their unit York an m&a or a team that can't be beat. So often we forget to say Thank you so this is a time I want to thank everybody Zach John Jeremy you guys are super in that office and out in the field making are on time deliveries so that we can keep food on our tables and on our employees tables as well. I could go on and on and on but just say thank you for the service did you give us your response to our each need at each individual situation has always been 100% satisfactory I would give you 10 Stars and then some have a great day cuz it's a good day to have a great day.
My heating at my home stopped working on Tuesday and my repair guy came on Wed and determined I needed an electronic board so he ordered it from M and A in Birmingham and asked that it be shipped overnight so it would arrive on Thursday so heat could be restored to my home immediately because of multiple days of sub freezing weather, needless to say the employee at M and A didn’t process the order to be shipped at all on Wednesday. Thursday my tech calls M and A to be told it would be shipped and arrive on Friday, needless to say the part never showed on Friday and so I’m living without heat all weekend and have no idea when the part from M and A will arrive. My tech was told by the M and A employee that they had no way of tracking the part, which of course is ridiculous. I would never purchase another product from this company as a result of this kind of irresponsible lack of customer service.
