My A/C stopped working this morning. I contact American Home Shield for service, but after waiting five hours without a response from the assigned HVAC contractor I decided to find another solution. Freedom was recommended by neighbors. The service technician, John, arrived within an hour of my request for service. John had my a/c working in under 15 minutes. He diagnosed the problem and replaced the faulty part in minutes. John was courteous and professional. In the future all of my a/c repairs will go through Freedom heat and air.
Maintenance on AC units on Tuesday, repairs completed on Wednesday then AC unit stopped working after repairs on Thursday evening. Emergency service call on Friday evening was answered 14 hours later on Saturday morning. But thanks to Tanner for resolving the issue from previous technician's visit/work at no charge

Guy came out and had my ac unit running within 30 minutes. Great job and will be using them again if I need to.
We were referred to Freedom Heating and Cooling from a friend and I am so glad we went with them. Andy K. came out to our house very quickly. Before he arrived he sent a text introducing himself with a photo. I loved that. He diagnosed the problem quickly and between he and Quentin (his boss) they worked tirelessly with my insurance company to get it all done as fast as possible for us. Andy is an extremely professional, kind man who not only cares about his doing his job, but also cares about people. He treated my family top priority throughout this entire ordeal. He made us feel like we were family. The moment our insurance approved our claim Freedom Heating and Cooling scheduled to come the very next morning. Amazing! Matthew and Scott came the next morning by 9:00 and were done by 2:00 pm. They replaced everything! They were so fast! Everyone we have come in contact with or have worked with from this company has been great. Andy, Quintin, Matthew and Scott. I will forever refer everyone to y’all! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
The plumber that was sent out was on time, thorough and a true professional who went above and beyond to make sure he resolved our needs.

Overall very good but later I found out that for $15 (maybe $20-30 based on company) capacitor I was charged close to $300 (of course it included labor cost). Again, overall Excellent service especially technician Tanner was GREAT. I will call them again; however, will double check price. Thanks for service!!
I needed help with our dehumidifier and Danny came out, was very professional in appearance and manner, and fixed the problem. He also showed me what the problem was. I highly recommend this company and will use them again.

Michael Williams came out today to service my heat pump he was very thorough in the process answering any and all questions found a capacitor not working at full throttle will replace in fall inspection if it goes that far ( other stuff going on right now) hope to get Michael on next visit he does a awesome job thanks Michael
From the start to finish we had a great experience with Freedom!! We have just moved to Birmingham area and will use them from now on. I couldn’t recommend them enough after having issues with another company. Chris was on time coming to give us quotes on repairing or a new system and answering all of our questions. Evan and Wyatt were PHENOMENAL on putting in our new system and were family friendly. Thank you Freedom!!!
Less than 30 minutes after I called, Josh was here to help me out. Before doing any work he gave me an upfront price that was very competitive and unmatched to any other company. Josh was professional, knew what the problem was and how to solve it fast. He did not try to upsell me or tell me I needed parts that I did not need, he told and showed me what was old and actually needed replacing. Couldn’t have a better experience today, and for all future problems I know who to call. Big thanks to Josh, he was amazing and highly recommend him!
