Justin from Aire Serv Birmingham just came by to check on my 94 year old father's mini split. He came from 30 minutes away but wanted to make sure to squeeze my father in. The "fan" on the mini split was not turned up and he was cold. Justin turned it up and waived the service call fee. Thank you Justin! You are very sweet, professional!

Very prompt and even moved up my appointment time, on another note they let me pay after the work was completed. I’m talking about 1 hour after. That trust is rare in todays business. KUDOS to you’re Staff and the owners.

The service was great everyone is extremely professional. The technicians are respectful and all around a great group of people they all know what they are talking about when it comes to informing us as a customer about the HVAC system in our home. When they came out to repair my system they gave me three separate options on the repair a good better and best and was able to explain every option with great detail

I just spoke with a young lady named Melissa about the services this company offered, and I could tell she was very caring and genuine. I then spoke to a guy who I’m assuming is the manager named Cayson. He was very straightforward with me and cordial. Looking forward to doing business with this company.
