Pipeworks Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning

Tried to charge me a 125 service fee for coming to my house for 15mins and giving an estimate. The estimate was way overpriced when all I needed was a float instead of a new sump pump, which I found out after calling Websters(company here in Warren) and the guy giving me simple advice over the phone. Although they did not end up charging after I called and complained about the service fee, overall pipeworks was shady.

Doug worked very hard to fix my furnace. He tried to fix the capacitor first but the motor was bad and he worked very hard to get another motor to work with my furnace. I rate them five stars. Nice people to deal with.

My mom's furnance quit in the early morning of Christmas Eve in below zero weather and there were there the next day and had a new blower installed by early afternoon. Live savers.

George was prompt, professional & knowledgeable as always. He answered my questions & explained what he was doing so I was well informed. I’m always happy with the work he does because I know it’s done correctly.

Purchasing a home in the Sugar Grove, PA area that needs renovation. After having the company come out for an estimate they advised that they would get back with the written estimate. I was very happy with the conversation that we had thinking I was going to hire them for the job. When finalizing paperwork for bank I realized I was missing the written estimate. Person who answered said that they are still working on the estimate and need more time. All I needed was written estimate since work would not begin until January or February. Needless they could have just said not interested.

Pipeworks installed 2 wall mounted air conditioner units. They kept me updated as to the whole process from upgrading the electrical system to prepping for the actual installation. I am very pleased with their service and thoroughness.

Pipeworks is awesome. They are here for us whenever we have an emergency. Wouldn't call on anyone else for any of our plumbing, heating or air conditioning needs.

The people who showed up were very nice and professional although it's been over a year trying to get this pipe fixed although my yard was tore up I had to take down a tree unnecessarily the pipe was not located or broke where they said so it is still not fixed and they have closed my claim where it will not be fixed until I open another one so as far as I'm concerned nothing was done other than my yard getting tore up and my water line getting broke sewer line still not repaired same position I was in over $700 ago out of my pocket let alone what the insurance paid

Came as soon as they could when I found out problem more immediate than at first thought.guy did as I asked and was pleasant followed Covid guidelines.
