Preferred Enterprises

Preferred did one big project for us, a total remodel of a bathroom that included all new wiring, plumbing, drywalling for the ceiling and walls, new flooring and all new fixtures. They also did 2 different smaller jobs for us. We originally chose them because they came in with a fair price (they were just about in the middle of the people we had bid), but mainly because we liked and trusted Jerry, now one of the owners of Preferred. All the guys Jerry and Greg have on their team that worked on these projects for us were very knowledgeable, hardworking, respectful and friendly. Preferred does great work. In the event that something does go wrong, as did happen with the big project, Preferred stands behind their work and makes things right. Jerry and Greg are honest and fair. Preferred will probably not be the cheapest option for a project but they will work with you to give you the result you are looking for.

Our church had a pipe freeze and break in our social hall. We called Preferred, Greg and his partner responded very quickly, got the water shut off, identified the problem and called with a report. We had a funeral scheduled at the church the following day and panicking that we would not be able to serve the meal afterwards at the church. Greg and his team got the burst pipe repaired and did a complete cleanup so we could have the funeral and meal at the church. Greg and his team did an awesome job working directly with our insurance agent and giving them a complete report on what needed to be done to get all the water damage repaired. The list of repairs were many:
1. 2 bathrooms that needed to have drywall replaced, new
vanities and toilets installed.
2. All ceiling tiles replaced in the dinning, kitchen and
backroom replaced.
3. Replaced our old outdated lighting with new LED
lighting.
4. Replaced sub flooring in printer and kitchen and installed new
vinyl plank flooring.
5. Paint and trim in all our rooms.
Everyone at church was so pleased with the quality of work performed as well as the professionalism of the workers. They stayed within budget and got the job done in a timely manner.
I would definitely call Preferred Enterprises to do work at my home, knowing that I could trust them to give a fair and accurate estimate of all work, and stick to that budget.

Had a tree fall on our house and we called Preferred Enterprises, they were there that night to cover the damage that the tree made. We then had them make the repairs to our house and they did a wonderful job. Greg handled all of the correspondence with the insurance company which was a tremendous help. They did great work and were very professional.

The guys at Preferred installed siding, soffit and new windows at my house, and completed other miscellaneous tasks, all of which were done on time and professionally. They were clean and courteous and worked hard every day. Highly recommend.

Strongly recommend Preferred Enterprises. My mother in law passed away and we had major water damage happen to the house. We ended up having the Insurance company cover the damage. It was a very stressful situation and Greg Clopp handled my home and our Insurance company with ease. He made the whole process so much lighter for me. They went above and beyond to help us empty the house and fix all the damage including new pluming, new boiler, electric, drywall, floors, roof work, heating, new windows, and more. They took over in making the calls with the insurance guys so that I wouldn't have to be the middle man. He has a lot of connections and was able to find someone to empty the house and do some landscaping. Very trustworthy company and they are willing to help with everything they can. I would recommend them to anyone for any kind of home needs you have, they do it all!

John Mack was very professional and took time to explain what he was doing. He was not able to fix the outside sensor light as the light itself is old and no longer functions as it should, so this will be replaced down the road. I would recommend this business

Their office lady is extremely unprofessional. She is unkind. Told us they won't likely want to do any quotes since we have done 2 in the past and we chose to do the work ourselves. Canceled in the fall and refused to reschedule. When I asked about it again she said it might be something they don't do (it's heating, isn't that their specialty?) Then They said because we used the EOC to help get us back to having heat and hot water it's part of the problem. That's disgusting to treat someone like garbage because they received help.
It's unfortunate because they use to be absolutely amazing! Unfortunately time changes.

Wonderful Christian Company. Use them a lot because I am so inept!! Secretary Mary is very kind and professional. We have had 2 very beautiful bathrooms put in. Thanks Preferred.

All around construction company. Very professional, insured, and have great crew that does excellent work.

As a consumer I learned more from professional tech john mack than I ever learned previously . The things I was told in maint he didn't have to explain but did . I appreciate the service.
