Charles and Zach were absolutely wonderful. We so appreciate their work on our janky west Philly row home.

They came out to my home to check a electrical outlet and a fixture in the backyard and the guy did everything he could to figure out the problem although he didn't Correct the problem he took his time and explained everything and what has to be done.

Took care of the issue for us right away. Came out same day. Courteous and easy to deal with. Thank you.

We called this "business" to get a quote for bathroom plumbing repair and for an updated ice maker/water connection for our new refrigerator. The person that was sent to our house had practically no idea what he was there for. He knew nothing about a quote. He thought he was there to start work/repair in the bathroom. What? We didn't even show them what we need done yet! It was obvious he had NO idea what he was doing. He couldn't find the main water shut off valve and told us how he'd have to drill through a wall that had an access that could be unscrewed. He asked if we wanted pipes inside or outside the wall behind the refrigerator and that we could save money and do the wall patching/spackling ourselves! We were charged $50 for THIS. Do yourself a favor, skip this one.

McClain Bros were professional, responsive, great quality and helped us out of a lot of plumbing problems in our kitchen, and both bathrooms. They went out of their way in response to our many plumbing problems. I would use them again! Thank you for all your work.😇😇

McClain Bros. Plumbing came and replaced a bad outside nozzle and split pipe. They came on time and let us know when they were on they're way. Professional and friendly. We had work done before by McClain Bros and would highly recommend them again.
