McClain Bros. installed a thermostatic valve and new shower/faucet in our second bathroom ~$1500 repair when all done with fixing tiling etc... this was about 1- 1.5 years ago. There is now a leak at the sight of the repairs, damaging the ceiling below the bath tub. I called and asked for a tech to come out and take a look. They would not wave the service call charge, work is not warrantied. Very disappointed.

Easy to schedule an appointment. Very friendly! I had a leak in my bathroom and the plumber came in, identified and fixed the problem within 10 minutes. Would definitely recommend!!

They were very polite and courteous they assessed the job found the problem and repaired it expeditiously had to go to the truck a couple times to get parts and then they finished that job checked and reject to make sure that the water had stopped completely and then they went in the basement and fixed the leak under the laundry tab that was dealing with the basket strainer I'm satisfied they did a great job in a timely manner

Rescheduled once, once the plumber got here he took care of the problem fast made sure everything was good before wrapping up. Recommend

Simple bathroom tub clog not fixed. I needed to call another plumber to fix the issue. The other plumber removed the clog within a few minutes.

Fixed our electrical issue fast and had everything replaced and working within the hour! Thank you Brian
