Motor Truck Thermo King

This place overcharges you. The only thing they did was change fuel filter and air filter and add 2 gallons of oil they charged me $510, it took 2 hours. When I asked them do they give discounts for owners they said “NO”. They charge you for shop supplies too bring your supplies. There are many charges here don’t waste your money try to buy parts and do it in different place. I would give zero star terrible service I will never come here bad experience.

Was here for service on my thermo king unit. Guys were quick and professional. And their service hours are like till midnight. That's a 5 star in my books.

After repair I ask if they could put some grease on my fifth wheel. They charged me 85$ for it :(

Unreasonably expensive ! Will not back to this place for repairs. Better I will drive 50 miles more but get better prices

By far the best place I've ever been to have my Tri Pac repaired. Every other Thermo King I've ever been to had taken 4+ days to complete repairs only if I call 2 times every day to ensure they're still going to do it, been very rude, sexist and all around terrible to do business with. This location was truly finding the Oasis of truck repairs. The entire staff was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I was in and out within the 5 hrs they had quoted me, on the same day I called in to inquire about their availability. Hats off to them.

The worst dealership! I had an appointment and I had called twice in advance for my thermo king. When I got there, they didn't even have me on schedule. Then they made me wait and took another truck before me, granted it was a loaded trailer but still to make an appointment and to follow up on it and then to get there to find out that you're not even on schedule is unprofessional and inconsiderate of other people's time. The worst place to go. I would never go again

Always a number one go to place for our reefers and apu units. Kind and friendly staff- honest and realistic!

This is the worst thermo king dealer they had my truck in for 3 days and didn’t find the problem and still change me over a 1000 dollars. I took it to a guy in Houston Tx and he fixed the problem in 30 minutes all it was was a bad fuel pump

Came here with code 25 (check alternator) after about 3hr mechanic level GOD finds that i have a faulty relay board witch they don't have and it's about $800, so they charged me about $350. Finally i find a dealer in rock island Illinois that has this part. Went there, they took me right away, 30 minutes later my reefer is ready. Problem was bad connector. Thanks for nothing kenworth thermoking

The best thermoking dealer I've found. Always have the parts I need in stock and great technicians able to keep my tripac going strong.

Great staff and quick work, does a great job so no complaining on my end.. recommended for anyone with kenworth or thermo king repairs
