Breon’s Plumbing Heating and Cooling

He diagnosed the problem , told me the price, left to pick the part up & was back at my house within 30 minutes. 30 minutes later the problem was resolved. Professional, courtesy& very nice. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs plumber.

Called for an estimate they said they would show up the next day between 4 and 5 well the next day came and they never showed.ttied calling several times and got no answer. When they finally did answer the guy said he was running behind and would be there in a hour or so ...I waited and still no one came ...so I figured the next day they would have called to reschedule but. No one ever called to reschedule or explain so in my opinion they just don't care about customer service and I would not even bother calling them

He was knowledgeable, professional and on time. His work was excellent. We used Macro plumbing a few times for AC and bathroom repair. We definitely will be using them from now on.

They are very courteous and professional when you call. Their technician arrived on time and did a magnificent job replacing my water heater and also a week earlier repairing my main water line that ruptured at the back flow valve. I highly recommend this company, seriously !

My first time using Breon and I will be sure to use them again. I woke up to a leaky pipe from a second floor bathroom and the water was leaking into our kitchen. I dreaded calling a plumber because of two previous experiences with outfits that overcharged me to ridiculous lengths. Not only did Breon respond right away but were able to come out on the same day and repaired the leak in no time. Pricing was more than fair and my problem was solved. Highly recommend.

They had a plumber out by 2:30 and we got all fixed up same day with brand new, made in USA hot water heater!Our plumber knew exactly what he was doing, very knowledgeable, very nice, very professional! Could not have asked for a better experience.
