Called and spoke to Chad to schedule, was making settlement knowing the a/c unit needed replacement. Chad was able to get me in the day after my settlement. Bad news, settlement was pushed back. I called back and spoke to Chad again, good news, he got me set up right away. Day of appointment. I pull up just before 8, two techs already there, assessing my unit, before I was out of the car, third tech pulls up, he's got the big truck, with all my new stuff in it. Make my introduction, turns out, Chad is THE guy, not just taking calls and scheduling, on site, doing the job. Found out later Chad is the C in CDO. So, Aaron, Chad and Ryan get to work. And what work they did! They worked non stop. I saw them take lunch. Not an hour and a half, let's go somewhere to eat lunch. Nope, Chad ran take out, they cleaned up, sat down, ate and were back at it in no time. I tinkered around trying to stay outta their way, but when I got curious they answered my questions and explained what they were doing, in terms I understood.

Professionals, all 3 of them, and courteous, this was a 93+ degree day, I had a case of bottled water in they fridge, told them help themselves, politely asked whenever they were getting one. When they were done, immaculate clean up, tested the system, took the time to explain all the workings of the new system, again, in terms I understood.

Before scheduling, I researched a/c replacement cost. By researched, I mean googled. For this crew and the work they did, I happily paid them, feeling like I was getting a great value.

If you have HVAC needs, look no further. CDO checked off every box on my want list.

Ryan and chad are very good at what they do, I had an issue during the summer months with my unit freezing up gave them a call and scheduled a day for them to come out to my house within a short time of his arrival he had diagnosed my problem and told me what was needed to correct it! I will always use this company for the future Maintenance and repairs. Five star rating!

He was on time did an awesome job! Came home today to unusually warm house air was blowing but warm fan outside was humming but not moving called Chad he stopped by on his way to someone else and fixed in 30 minute once again awesome job 6/30/22
