They did a great job putting in my new furnace Fast, efficient and clean.

We purchased a brand new outside unit when our old one died. It has been services more times then i can count. I keep calling for same issue, works for less then a week or 2 and then doesn't cool house. Last time they came out they billed me for service, which was still under warranty and for same issue ive had them out for for the millionth time. Today its hot so went to turn on a/c, fan wont kick on and its hotter inside despite it says 68degree setting. Called them, and all they want is the balance owed, for a problem they never fixed. I asked for a new unit since this one must be faulty from get go.....rip off and they will be getting sued for my new one that I'll have to install

The service person went beyond expectations in explaining details of our system and doing a thorough job!!!

Two of their service men scratched the door of my vehicle with a service of theirs at the Rutters located across from the True Value. The service manager who came out to see the damage was damage was minimalistic and said that if it were a bigger scratch I could see taking care of it. He said Well i can barely see it. He started off asking what I wanted out of this i said " nothing really just someone to buff out the scratch is all" he said "nah man, were not going to help you the scratch isnt all that big. Id like to add I spoke to this guy in a plain monotone voice as I realize people in this area get their feathers rustled easily. This guy got really defensive very quickly and was borderline rude to the point where I had to make a point to state "Im not trying to get combative with you". The guy said well neither am I and continued to push very mediocre point of how he couldn't see it with his phone camera. I stated the human eyes resolution is far greater than a 13 megapixel phone camera. He said nothing then stated well I can barely see it and he began to go on about how dirty my car was. I finally asked after his obtuse and minimalizing comments "can you see it?" He said "yes" I said "its my car, doesnt matter the size of the scratch".

The guy got up and said Im not doing anything for you, you can call the cops and let them handle it.

I heard you guys were trash but I didnt know it was white trash!

Easy experience from the beginning to end - great folks would recommend to anyone you have a ton of options

Called 2/3/17. Showed up very quick and found the problem fast. Guys were really professional and educational. Fixed the furnace and didn't try to sell me a new one.

They were able to find a part for our heating system and come right out. Friendly knowledgeable technicians
