Very responsive and friendly. I had several issues and they were able to resolve the issues the same day both times I needed them to come to my house. Will use again for future needs.

When it came time for a new furnace and ac unit, Hopewell came through and gave me a great price with financial assistance. The employees were like family and covered all the floors with blankets. Worth more than 5 stars. Thanks to Hopewll for an excellent job.

Came out quickly and solved my problem with spare parts on hand! But they charged $120 diagnostic fee and $180 labor. All for about an hours work. Pretty steep price.

Total rip off , They charge $260 / hr for the labor plus $120 for the visiting fees...that's crazy. and for some reason they have to come every year... And then I just got the service done today, the technician didn't know the system very well, so he had to call the company for help and that took a while too. Plus on top of it he didn't have the part on him today, so he might have to come back again if the problem persist, but he said he is not sure if they will not charge a labor fees again or not....Don't use their services. Best bet is to google the company which made your unit and ask them who are all are the service providers in your area and call someone else.

Just had a ductless mini split system installed by them and they got us scheduled within 2 weeks of the estimate and were great with the install. The system works great and were pleased with their service.

We use Hopewell Heating and Air Conditioning for all our heating and cooling needs. Great group of people from Ali in the office to Tim the owner and all of the guys in between! We always get quick, reliable and fairly priced service. Never a question of who to call when service is needed!

This outfit is a ripoff! Came out, did not check for a leak or even open the unit to check for a leak. However, managed to charge with Freon and run up a $300 bill in less than 10 minutes - only to lose the Freon. Did not mention Freon was not guaranteed until AFTER it was put in. We had NO options given to us. Had to have them come back and send someone different this time. He took the time to open the unit this time and located a leak in less than 5 minutes. Now, want to charge almost $700 to replace the broken part, and that is without the cost of the part as it is covered under warranty. So, we are out $300 that did not have to be spent had the original guys that came out taken the 5 minutes to open the unit. Leak was visually able to be seen and very obvious to the naked eye. BEWARE!!!!!! I would sweat to death before using these people!!!

Spectacular service! Our heat pump went out on our second floor in the middle of winter while my wife was 40 weeks pregnant. They had a technician out in 15 minutes. The technician fully explained the issue and advised us that he would send out a comfort specialist. The comfort specialist (Jeston) was here 15 minutes later. He thoroughly inspected our system and took the time to explain all of our options. I could not be more impressed with this company. My wife and I our transplants to the area and it "warms" my heart to know that there are still businesses out there that care!

Gold star customer service is what I experienced with Hopewell. I had just bought an old house from the 1900 with an 100 year old boiler that was not heating the house and a well pump that was not functioning correctly. Because of the record temps. coming I put my focus on the boiler and had some Hvac reps come out. One just looked at the boiler and recommend replacement but Hopewell actually dove into the situation, they were able to get it working while finding a small part that needed to be replaced saving me from replacing the whole boiler. When I had called to make my appointment for service on the boiler I was able to schedule the sales rep to come during the same visit.

While asking for estimates for a new boiler, some modern heating and cooling options and for a submersered well pump they were not just about selling me a new pump but they once again dove into the sitiuation. Before they left my well pump that everyone else said was busted was functioning just by a little one minute tweek.

Hopewell has really made feel more confident being a new homeowner. I now have a company I can trust with my plumbing and HVAC needs. They are a really and knowledgeable team at Hopewell, I highly recommend.
