Had my HVAC system replaced. Installers were on time and completed the work with in the timeframe I was quoted. Very polite, cleaned up the work area, and made sure the system was working correctly before leaving.

Mike was very professional. Looked at the problems, gave us a quote and did the repair in a timely manner. Glad he was able to come out so quickly and help us out. Gave us instructions on how to prevent the issues again as well. Thank you Mike.

Shawn came out to do a tune-up on the heating portion of our system. He did a thorough job and explained the different components and what to look out for as the system ages. He also checked an issue we were having with air getting to the 2nd floor and provided a few different solutions to help us out. I would definitely consider him again for future visits.

H L Bowman was quick to contact me after I messaged them. I am a new customer to them. I had no heat (turns out my pilot light was out). Mike (HVAC tech) was super nice and professional. He explained what happened and made sure the system was working properly and there were no other issues with the system before leaving. I signed up for the maintenance plan for heat and air conditioner system check for every year and discounts on future maintenance on various parts and maintenance. Peter and Michael were outstanding at installation of the New heat pump. They were very congenial and helpful beyond expectations. Very nice guys 😊☺️... And done and hour early too! The day was pleasant having them here... A different unit , other than promised by the salesman, was delivered and installed before we realized it. . Michael apologized, although not his fault. I called Brian...he said out of stock it seems. I wanted a Bryant brand not a Goodman, which we had discussed at our previous meeting. He promised me it would be good. It was already in and Storm coming so I said okay unless I have a problem. Brian documented our conversation. The initial visit by Jovani was excellent and I was very pleased with him and his tuneup diagnosis of my defrosting panel bad, thus the unit freezing up. He answered every question and was very thorough, professional and thoughtful. 😊

They installed a whole home water filter for me. The technician they sent, Aaron Ward was amazing. Super kind and informative, he is the reason I decided to go with them on the spot.

I oroginally called this company last year based on a billboard ad I saw then. So glad I did. The technician came to my house and was professional, courteous, and diagnosed a mold problem I had within my ductwork. As a new dad, I know that breathing in mold spores for young lungs is detrimental to their development. I purchased an air scrubber and was happy with the purchase. Today during the free furnace maintenance, they showed me pictures of the dead mold, showing it was well worth the money.

Both times the technicians were knowledgeable, easy to deal with, provided options for problems, and let me watch what they did to increase my knowledge on this furnace. Highly recommend!
