Although your service was on time and the employee was accommodating, working diligently as well as informative, it is with regret, even though he solved our problem, we are unable to award him a five star rating. We are able to award him six stars in every category!!!

It was wonderful to have Jovani Vazquez come into my home and fix our problem. We were without heat for 4 days and now very thankful.

Jovani was also excellent at customer relations in explaining things and what needs to be done for the future. I signed up for the contract for the service plan. I definitely need it to keep on top of things.

Logan was a miracle worker! We’ve had other companies and technicians try to fix an ongoing problem with our heat pump units and no one was successful until Logan fearlessly diagnosed and fixed the multiple issues with our system. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable. He was very thorough with troubleshooting and fixing the problems. Logan was very neat and tidy. No mess to clean up after the work was completed. It was very over priced. Had a outside hose bib break. They charged over $400 to replace three pieces of pvc pipe.
