Zach(the technician)called 15 minutes before the scheduled time of arrival...as planned.He was friendly,knowledgable,& didn't mind my asking lame questions.After completion,he cleaned up the work site with a dry-vac,& showed me what he did...using small words,thank goodness.Very pleased
