    Great experience! Paul came shortly after phoning in with problem. Received excellent recommendations and advice for new Heat Pump system. Installers Mark and Kyle did an excellent job and a pleasure to meet. Overall, would recommend to everyone! Thank you guys for all 4-leaf clovers too! Again, great experience!

    Paul and his crew recently installed a new heat pump system at our house, including all new ductwork and we couldn’t be happier. The price was reasonable considering the amount of work that was done and was completed in the agreed upon time frame. Great group of people that did a great job. Our new system is a huge improvement over our old oil heating system.

    Paul and his crew came out immediately to our operation within minutes of our call. We had 3 units at our business that were not functioning properly and the problems were diagnosed quickly.     My oldest son, Riley was diagnosed with Stage 4 neuroblastoma cancer in 2017, he battled hard for a year and a half until he was deemed in remission. Remission lasted exactly one year before he relapsed and he just finished year two of treatment. A few months after Riley’s diagnosis, we found that our youngest son had suffered a massive stroke which affected 90% of the left side of his brain. I was at work the day our air conditioning unit stopped working and my wife called me to tell me it was 80 degrees in the house, on a 90 degree summer day. The next morning I was contacted by Paul from Advanced Comfort and he was at my house before lunchtime and had my air conditioning fixed in under an hour. Afterwards we sat down and I had told him a little bit about what was happening with our family and he was incredible. You could just tell that he cared, to not only fix the issue, but listen to a personal story that our family was going through.

    He was professional, super responsive, had everything done in a timely manor, and very personable. Thank you Paul, and thank you Advanced Comfort!
