Staab and Sons was such a great company to work with. We knew we needed a new unit and Branden came quickly, explained to us why our unit was not functioning and set us up with an appointment right away. Our unit was installed in a few hours. Liz was also wonderful to work with and very accommodating. Nobody tried to sell us anything extra, did exactly what we wanted, and Branden and his partner cleaned up after themselves. I would absolutely recommend Staab and Sons!

I've had an excellent experience with Staab. They replaced my AC and furnace, re-did some of my duct work, and installed dampers for zoned cooling. The price was reasonable for the amount of work, the job was completed on time, they were extremely friendly and professional, and they even mopped up the basement floor before they left so there was no mess for me to clean. Since the installation a few minor questions have come up and they have been extremely responsive, coming back at no charge to make any needed adjustments. Overall, honestly just top-notch customer service. Highly recommend them and will definitely be calling them again if I need anything else.

We used Staab in 1987 when we first moved to Pittsburgh. The system they installed never needed a service call through 2007 when we moved to Ohio. Upon moving back in 2020, the hottest summer on record, we again purchased a house with no AC system. We received 5 estimates for this installation. We chose Staab because they were the most professional, quickest to respond, quickest to schedule ( one company stated that they would not install until October or November due to the hot weather ). Elizabeth, Ray, Mike, Brandon, Bill and Sam were all extremely polite, friendly and did an excellent job. I think the most important thing with me was they communicated every issue, there were no surprises. We have a quiet, professionally installed system and our Labor day weekend was comfortable, quiet and cool. I would certainly recommend Staab to anyone needing service or systems. They treat you like family.

We worked with Branden and he was fantastic to deal with. Not only was he knowledgeable, professional, and quick to diagnose the problem... but he was also so efficient and had such a quick turn around on getting us a new unit. The work he did was seamless in the interior of the house and I totally appreciated the cleanliness of Branden and his partner. I would highly recommend Staab and Sons to anyone!

Terrible company, does not own up to their mistakes then want to keep charging to come out! Do not use this company!

Excellence. Used their expertise on the fairly large job of running new gas service lines from the meter to my house. They were on time, efficient, courteous, professional, hard working and thorough. They worked in unison with me, the gas AND insurance companies through unforeseen issues with the precision of true professionals. From the first call made to the final back filling of the dug holes the work was exemplary.

I could not possibly be happier with the service that this company has provided, Jim was an absolute delight to work with and managed to educate me a little bit on the entire system!

Fantastic company. They installed a furnace, ac and clean up the dirt and debri all in one day. They are very honest, thorough, and make the job is done right. I would suggest this company to any of my friends and relatives. I will be using them for yearly maintance when it comes time for that. Very, very satisfied. A great company.
