    I have used their plumbing and heating services for twelve years and have always been happy. I own 36 homes and am a landlord. This is not my first time around the block and I know what to look for in a company. You will be happy!

    Can't speak for the entire "team" of employees for this company but when a guy comes and looks at your furnace, cuts a hole in your ductwork, looks around, checks the same connections 7 times, then takes personal calls and says he is going to have to take care of that with his lawyer and leaves the site without any knowledge of what was going on or even saying he was leaving. Yeah not a great experience, then when you complain about him he calls you and yells at you like a 4 year old. I hope you never deal with Dan from this place, he doesn't know what he is doing. I called another company and in 3 hours the problem was fixed. The worst part about this company though was the fact that Mike Staab called me telling me that we were going to have to replace the whole unit. It needed a knew element! Mike, stop thinking you're guys are the best, they apparently need refreshers in their profession.

    Our furnace fan stopped working which in turn stopped the AC from working. I called Gillece who despatched a Technician and a Field Rep. They checked the fan capacitor to find it needed replaced. However Gillece refused to change the capacitor or carry out the repair on the furnace fan. Instead they opened up the ducting to inspect the heat exchanger. They informed me that the heat exchanger was cracked and was a carbon monoxide risk. The Gillette technician disabled the wiring on the furnace so it could not be used. NO CARBON MONOXIDE tests were carried out by Gillece. The Gillette Field Rep then proceeded to give me a presentation on new furnace deals they were running and could be installed today. If purchased today it would cost $9,900. This is when I called Staab & Sons on a neighbors recommendation. A technician was despatched within the hour. The Staab technician confirmed the fan capacitor was not showing any power and needed replaced. The capacitor was changed which powered the furnace fan.. Both the fan and AC are now working fine with no issues. Staab inspected the heat exchanger and could not find any defects/cracks. As a precaution the Staab technician also carried out a number of carbon monoxide tests, all of which read ZERO. My total bill was $162 and the AC is now working in the house. We know our furnace is old and will need replacing for a more energy efficient furnace in the near future, however we did not want to be forced into purchasing a furnace immediately. For a reference Staab quoted a price 1/3 of the Gillette price. Thank you Staab and the Technician Rick for your honesty and excellent service.

    Woke up to furnace not working...called my home warranty company TWG.
    TWG said this company is their 'priority' Bryant repair contractor and sent a work order...I called and was told someone would call me back...one hour later I called again and an extremely rude woman told me she sent a message to TWG that they could not take the job.
    When I asked the woman why no one called me back she said IT IS NOT OUR JOB TO CALL YOU BACK!
    Terrible customer service! Luckily Lakewood Mechanical Inc on Campbells Run Road was able to get to my house and make the repair within hours.

    No complaints. They showed up on time. They fixed the problem. They didn't add on any extra charged. They didn't leave a big mess when they left like other plumbers have. Thanks Fabian.
