I contacted PGX Heating and Cooling on a Wednesday afternoon to get a quote for the installation of a replacement 80,000 BTU High Efficiency Gas Furnace. They provided me a quick quote at a very reasonable price within minutes. When I asked about how soon they could perform the work I was told they could do it that coming Saturday in the late afternoon. I was perfectly fine with that schedule since mid-November is a very busy time of year for heating system repair and replacement. Much to my surprise, the very next morning (Thursday) I received a text message from the owner (Patrick) advising they just had a cancellation and could do the work that same day. I quickly accepted the offer and the work to remove the old furnace began exactly on time at 3:00 PM. The new furnace installation was completed soon after and everything was complete and completely cleaned up in just over three hours. The new furnace is working exactly as expected since.

Found out my furnace didn't have an air filter slot with its original install so Patrick added a new filter boot for me now my furnace is protected from dirt so it'll last its expected lifetime and our air in the house is also cleaner

We had a new furnace installed several years ago by another company and had problems with it from the start. They kept replacing the thermostat ( 4 times) without getting to the real problem.
