If I could give 0 stars I would! I strongly suggest NOT using this business. I made THREE appointments with them and they NEVER showed up for one of them. It's my fault that I gave them three chances, but their customer service is basically NON-EXISTENT!!!!!! Don't even give them a chance!

Really great work crew. Did a great job on the install and clean up. Appreciated that you returned phone calls and arrived when promised. Very knowledgeable about the unit. That really helped us make an informed decision. Will definitely recommed your services.

Was very thorough and forthright a little too pricy to remove and replace toilet so I did it before they arrived to clean out drain clog and saved the money! They ran the camera thru the drain afterwards for free to make sure no other issues were causing the problem. Great for my piece of mind after paying for another company to do same procedure and they refused to even discount for another cleaning let alone camera the drain!!! This is not offered with my previous plumbing company they charge extra for it so it’s a good value! John was a consummate professional and went out of his way to explain things will use them again!

The furnace in our home met it's final demise during subzero temperatures this winter (2014) leaving us with a home you could see your breath in when you walked through. We didn't know who to call but found Miller Plumbing Heating and Cooling's information on our old furnace. It was truly risky business calling a company (for such a major issue) without doing any research beforehand or knowing their reputation. Within an hour of calling an employee was dispatched to our home. A significant amount of time was taken to try and diagnose the problem and come to a resolution without needing a full replacement. In the end, with reluctance by the tech we were informed the best decision was a replacement. It is not often you find a company working for you and trying to mitigate costs of services. A new furnace would be installed in our home within the next 24 hours. The following day (by bad fortune) the thermostat they also replaced was acting funny. Again we called and within an hour someone was sent to our home and the thermostat was replaced. The service that was provided to us goes above and beyond what we expected. The staff was knowledgeable enough to address issues for us outside of just our furnace to be sure the new one functioned safely and properly. They stayed until they were sure that we could sleep comfortably that night. A lot can be said for a knowledgeable and friendly staff but not enough is said when it comes to the character of individuals hired by a company. They were thoughtful and considerate in our home. They understood our hesitation on such a big purchase on a whim and made sure they provided us with the information to make the right decision for our home. Enough thanks can't be given to the team that helped us get warm so quickly. Truly they are a standout company we won't hesitate to use in the future!

I required a standard fluidmaster replacement for a first floor toilet. Miller quoted a flat $39 fee for making the call. This is reasonable. Upon arrival and assessing the situation i was quoted a flat fee for the fluidmater replacement of $339! I immediately told the plumber that I would pay his $39 call money and that he should leave as the price was completely outrageous for what was being repaired. Upon hearing this he suggested that it would actually be cheaper and would improve the value of my house if I upgraded my toilet. The cost of toilet replacement not including the toilet itself was about $425. At that point i said I was not interested and at that point he quoted a new price to repair the toilet at $195 because he wanted a satisfied customer! I agreed to the new charge but the experience left me feeling like I was taken for a ride. The sale tactics of this firm straddle the line if not step over basic ethical business practices. I would think very hard about using Miller plumbing for any repair or replacement needs to your home or business.

Miller did an awesome job. They came in on time, performed clean work, and at a fair cost. The owner came for the work and was very thorough in explaining the system (boiler) and how it works. I was told this would be a two day job but he got my heat up and running on the first day (which was a blessing since it's winter.) I'd highly recommend this company to anyone.

Very prompt service when our heat went out. Not only did Eric fix the problem, he also explained what happened and steps I could take to prevent it from happening again. Will definitely work with them again.

Don't call this company they will rip you off. They want Two thousand dollars for one day of work. They are a bunch of con artist!two days later I got a price from Randy Miller's plumbing in Castle Shannon for $800 for the same amount of work that this company wanted to charge $2000 for . stay clear of this company

And yes I didn't get any work done because you are ripping people off. Got the same job done for 800 dollars. And you guys are extremely rude and I would never do business with you.

IT took randy miller 4 hours to complete it. Must not been that bad of a job. He told me the reason it was $2000 estimate was because he had to use special tools. You're a plumber you're supposed to have those tools.

I had a tankless water heater installed by Eric Miller. This is probably one of the most technically advanced jobs a homeowner can have done and not everyone can do it. Eric handled the job with complete confidence - it was obvious he knew what he was doing and I plan to continue using his service for routine maintenance of the system.

If it was ever possible to have a Phd in plumbing, Eric Miller has one. His attention to detail and knowledge,regarding cutting-edge technology (involving combi-boilers) is impressive. He and his crew, very polite folks, tore out our ancient boiler and installed a modern combi-boiler. It's new, it's sleek and takes up virtually no floor space in our basement. Our boiler experience is like this: It's like we had a Model T jalopy; which is now replaced by a ferrari race car. He is an honest and dependable professional. In essence, he knows what he is doing, plus he is a decent human being.
Wanted to give an update, we called Eric back to install a water softener, and once again--- Thank you Eric ! Your plumbing company is the best! I will continue to recommend you whenever I can. We love our new water softener which you just installed in May of 2018! As usual, I found the whole process, from scheduling and (then through a round of Q&A from my husband and you) ---was handled easily and professionally. We will keep in touch!
