The job I needed wasn't major, but still needed done. Brian came and assessed what needed to be done. Luckily, he was the one who came to repair it. He showed up on time and got it done very quickly. He's a great guy, very professional, and knows his stuff. Highly recommend and I will call if I ever need something.

I called 10 places this morning to get our AC up and running after a sweltering 36 hours without it, and these were the first to have someone actually pick up the phone. And I'm glad they did because they talked to us like human beings and got us exactly what we needed within a couple hours. Prices were reasonable, and they were able to get their hands on a very specific part reality quickly. We will continue doing business with these folks as my roommates are working on a DIY zoned heating system and sound dampening for our home HVAC system.

I recently had my AC unit checked and cleaned. The tech Josh did an awesome job. He arrived on time, explained the work he was doing, and provided recommendations for how to keep the unit running efficiently. Will definitely use them again.

Very friendly and knowledgeable, and they came quickly to fix our water heater! Dave and Bryan were really helpful and explained the problem and were able to fix it. I will definitely use them again and call them first!

We just moved to Pittsburgh, and when a wayward pipe decided to spew unmentionable stuff all over our cellar floor and we discovered there was no way to stopper our main bathroom sink, we needed help fast. 5 Star could not be a better name for these guys. Brian & Tay could not have been any nicer. Met the owner too who really gave it his all. It is literally 11:00 at night and these guys are still installing my new A/C unit. They go above and beyond for the customer. Use these guys - they are the best!

These guys went above and beyond, staying and working for 14 hours to get our furnace replaced, gas lines updated, and all of our radiators bled and putting out heat. They didn't charge more for the extra time it ended up taking, they just did it all cheerfully. Highly recommend,
