We had our apartment ducts cleaned by Juan Ortiz one of the techs from Lowes Duct Cleaning.

Our apartment is only 540 sf with 5 floor registers, so he was able to come in with all his equipment and do a great job of cleaning and sanitizing the ducts and vents.

Juan had to cut out a hole in the HVAC duct which is typical of this type of cleaning if there is no allowance for their cleaning system to be attached. He resealed it professionally.

We have had dust problems since our HVAC ducts has not been cleaned for over 10 years. Due to spending more time at home during the pandemic we developed allergies and other breathing issues so this was a necessity.

Since the cleaning the air smells cleaner and there's hardly any dust compared to thick layers that would settle on our furniture which we cleaned constantly.

We paid $300 cash, as we avoided the extra fee if paid by credit card. It was worth it.
