    Rolando fixed my heater and was very professional and quick service! Awesome! 10 out of 10 definitely recommended! They were out to fix my heat soon as I called! Fairly priced and great customer service!

    Sat here all day waiting for someone to come out. Nobody ever did. No phone call, no apology. How can you run a business like that. Do yourself a favor, and don’t wait on these people cause you’ll be just wasting your time.

    Big shout out to Val and Dave from BestChoice Plumbing. Thank you for my new AC unit, working fabulous in this heat. Both men were professional, explained everything they were about to do, and how the system would work. They cleaned up after the job, took old unit and most of all very friendly and polite. Would recommend the company and these two guys for sure. Thank you guys so much.

    Sam is the best plumber hands down! I had a leaking kitchen sink that needed serious attention. He came over and got the job done in less than an hour and he was super knowledgeable. 10/10 would recommend.

    My A/C unit was installed in 2013 by Best Choice. Last year it needed to be recharged, I am assuming a leak somewhere so I scheduled an appointment on 3/25/22, one of those deals where you wait from 12-4 for the tech to arrive. At 4:15 PM I called the office and they said the tech was running late. He came out, checked out the unit and gave me an estimate for leak test. I still have one year of warranty left on the A/C. $500 for the leak test. The tech was good, very professional. Today (4/15/22) was scheduled for the leak test, between 12-4 tech was supposed to arrive. I called the office at 4:15 and the woman said he may not be able to make it. No call to let me know? I was frustrated, after taking a vacation day as did my wife so she could secure our big dog out in the garage while the tech worked. The woman said she would call me back and confirmed he could not make it because a leak test would take too long and they ran out of nitrogen to do the test. I asked if he could at least stop by and see why the unit will not run at all now, turned it on yesterday and no luck. She told me it would be $150 service call. I kindly asked if I could charge them $150 for me taking a vacation day and not having the tech show up as scheduled. The hypocrisy in this is just amazing. They are now scheduled for 4/22/22, and once again I must burn a vacation day and I hope my wife can take off to keep an eye on our dog, she does not like strangers in the house. This is not a knock against the tech, just the business in general, I still can't believe she wanted to charge me $150 when they did not even show up, I am not at fault here at all, just very frustrating.

    My hot water heater went cold and Best Choice sent Jimmy out early the next morning. Jimmy was professional and fixed the problem very quickly. I would recommend Best Choice for a quality repair.

    I can’t begin to start explaining how bad of an experience I had with this company. They were highly rated and my realtor recommended, but this was the worst service I’ve ever had. They sent someone out five times to look at why my water wasn’t getting hot in a tenant occupied apartment. Each time they badmouthed the last technician and rediagnosed the issue with something different. They kept leaving without validating the water got hot. Ultimately they ended up having me pay for a brand new water heater and had two technicians completely refurbish it with all new parts TWICE! They wouldn’t refund me anything for my now refurbished water heater and the facts that my tenants had to vacate for the extended time it took them to fix the issue. I was extremely patient, but the customer service was terrible and they kept saying they would call me back and wouldn’t. At the end they told me that it was just the electric connected to the water heater and I never needed a new one. I could go on and on and show you the condition they left my place in and the leaks caused in the wall. This was extremely stressful and a disaster of an experience! Stay away!!!!
