Best Choice Plumbing & Heating

My office had a plumbing emergency that resulted in every toilet in the building overflowing. After calling several larger companies and getting the run around we tried Best choice plumbing. They worked with us to accept our unique payment method, and were on site working within the hour. The issue was resolved that night, and our system is actually working better than before!!! We truly appreciate their team’s commitment to service.

Anthony did an excellent job unclogging a sewage pump for me. If you don't know what a clogged sewage pump looks like, trust me you don't want to know. I've been using Best Choice for almost 20 years. They take jobs other plumbers can't or won't do, and do them in a professional fashion at a fair price. They also stand behind their work. If you want the job done right, done once, make the Best Choice!

Once the deposit was in, it did take approxamately a month to get the technicians in, with some phone calls back and forth

but, once our technicians arrived, Ivan K and David M, were excellent from the very beginning. They designed the lines very meticulously, taking into account the look, and functionality. They were able to troubleshoot a complicated line to our bedroom.

They were very professional during the process, and respected space because we were primarily home. They took their time, made sure the job was done correctly, and stayed after to explain and give suggestions about everything.

The cost was fair compared to other quotes we got, and I am highly satisfied with the service

He fixed my running toilet. He was professional, very easy to communicate with, he knew what he was c doing and explained in easy to b understand language. Most importantly I felt comfortable with his presence. He did a great job and represented his company very well!

The only reason this place is getting 4 stars is because James our tech was amazing he was the only one who Seemed to be able to get the job done. The first tech ripped out our wall for no reason and didn’t know what he was doing and the scheduling of this was a total mess. Would only use this company again if James givens was doing the work. He made sure there wasn’t a mess and got the job done quick.

I still had an old cast iron sewage pipe between my ~100 year old rowhome and the main, with less than a foot of it extending into my basement. The pipe looked like it was on its last leg, so I reached out to Best Choice for help. They sent someone out the next day to take a look, and I had a quote within minutes.

After getting the necessary permits, my job started two weeks later. They sent over John, Mike, Seth, Bubba, and Anthony. They started on time and worked well together. All my questions were answered thoroughly, and they took the time to explain what they were doing. I could not have asked for a better crew.

Best Choice has become our family's plumbing company. My parents, sisters and extended family members all use them. We recommend them whenever someone needs a plumber. They are professional, respond quickly, and do excellent work. I have never had an issue with the work they've completed. Plus they do both small and large jobs.

NOT WORTH DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM

I own a 100+ year old duplex in Northern Liberties but am an out of state landlord. One of my tenants reported a plumbing issue, and I tried a plumber who came out and unclogged the drain, but didn't fix the problem causing the backup. So after asking two associates in the real estate business in Philadelphia who to call, both told me to call Best Choice. I'm glad that I did!
The plumber I was lucky to have assigned to this job was Sam. He spent several hours trying to figure out and how to fix the issue, as it was complicated. His communication was excellent, and was on the phone with me several times during the day with updates and inquiries about the construction and history of the plumbing system so as to try to figure this out in the most minimally invasive way. Instead of starting with more expensive options, he worked through possible solutions to try to find a way to solve the problem cost effectively. Sam even called me later that evening to check on everything and to share his thoughts, as he was sincerely concerned.
It's awesome to have found a plumber and a company that takes "customer service" seriously, as it seems to be a dying art. Sam was truly committed to figuring out what was going on and how to fix it, and I feel that I received outstanding service from a very knowledgeable plumber at a very fair price.
Anytime I have a problem going forward, I will be on the phone with Best Choice!

I had gas leaks that needed to be repaired on furnace and water heater. They were able to send a technician the next day. Fair price. Professional technician and person who handles phone calls.

The company was responsive and communicated well. The plumbers did a great job, worked quickly, kept things clean, and explained everything they did.
