We have had two instances where air pro has helped us in the past 3 months and they have been nothing but fantastic. In particular, John should be commended for his professionalism. He clearly knows what he’s talking about. I will continue reaching out to air pro if we have any issues for sure and I would recommend it to anyone who needs assistance with furnace/air conditioning. I chose Air Pro for A/C replacement. I had a great experience. I called to schedule an estimate. Howdie returned my call quickly as well as coming to my home for an estimate. Air Pro had the best price and warranty offer. I was scheduled for installation on the coldest day of the month! I swear it I saw flurries. Sheldon and Jake were polite, professional, and thorough. Due to the cold weather they were unable to charge the A/C. That was finished today by Matt. Now I’m ready for the summer! Thank you Air Pro!

This was a service call for a malfunctioning furnace. Turns out there’s a crack in part of the heating mechanism, so the furnace needs replaced (through home warranty).
Everyone at AirPro with whom I spoke were very nice and professional. Matt was my technician, and he thoroughly explained everything. Matt is very knowledgeable and a great rep of your company.
