I called and left a message on Memorial Day and did not expect return call on the same day. Mr. May called back within two hours and gave me a tip how to get air condition air blowing again. His tip worked perfectly. He can just come and charge the service. He didn't. This tells me the character of him and the way he run his company. Thank you.
