I’ve used this company several times over the years and I can’t say enough about them going above and beyond. Our AC died yesterday and this is our 5th day of 90+ degrees. I called yesterday afternoon and was told they could be here in 2 days as they were very busy. I explained that I just had surgery and if at all possible the next day would be greatly appreciated. Their tech did all of his scheduled calls, which took him past the end of his work day... and then came here!!! How awesome is that??? They’ve always provided quality work for a fair price. Don’t hesitate to give them a call.
When I got home on Wednesday, I noticed that the thermostat was set to 70 but the room temperature was reading 64. I called Sauer Brothers and they sent out a technician within an hour. Our boiler is over 50 years old and some of the burners were not working along with other issues. The technician took his time and checked all issues that could be related. Within an hour after he arrived, he had the boiler working again and all the rooms were being heated at the correct setting. He also showed me how to bleed the radiators along with other information. They suggested getting a new boiler but hopefully with this repair, it will last the winter season and we can have them install one next spring or summer.
My family has been using this company for many years. I unexpectedly lost my old AC and within a couple of days a new one was professionally installed by Glenn. He was amazing! The guys make a great team! A very clean and customer focused company.
Tried calling 3x times over 6 days. First, "We'll be there later today or tomorrow." Second (3 days later), "You are half-way down the list should be tomorrow. Third (5 days later), "Sorry, we should have told you earlier we are only talking to existing customers. We understand if you need to call someone else."

I had the same experience as Kimberly and YASLTD. Really bizarre. I would have potentially used them for an entire unit replacement, which I would imagine is good for their business. But the guy had no interest in helping and said he would "pass," without a whole lot of explanation. Very strange.
