Called to get someone out to fix a faucet and was told I needed to come into the showroom to pick out a new faucet! Instead 412 plumbing came to my rescue and did what I needed to have done without me having to leave and go to a showroom....

Wanted to use a local business to support local economy. Called Jim Meyers plumbing on 8/4 regarding installation of a pedestal sink. Talked to a female representative on the phone, she said they would get back to me, they never did and its well over a week later. That's not professional

The quality of service is consistent and on point from beginning to end. Service is explained, completed, and clean up of work area is thorough. I highly recommend Jim Meyers and Son.

Very disappointing, asked to come out and scope a pool line. Showed up and did not have the correct size camera. Told me they would call to reschedule, which they never did. Charged me over $100 for the service call. When I inquired why I was charged I was told I could have been charged $250 and that they gave me a break. Really??? Would not refer or recommend.

Matt was great, came out and gave a fair quote for trench less sewer repair, got it finished quickly and efficiently. I would recommend!
