I found myself in an extremely unfortunate situation with a completely collapsed terracotta sewage line that probably dates back 75 years. In addition to my broken line, I have a 20-foot deck that extends off the rear of my house overtop of the sewage line. Matt came out to look at my situation and found exactly where the problem was. A previous plumbing company claimed I had a broken line under my deck, but Matt showed me through a video that the line was damaged two feet into my back yard safely away from my deck. Knowing his schedule was incredibly busy, Matt created an opening for my family and not only replaced the broken line, but he also performed a trenchless repair from that break to both the house trap and the city main sewage line. Our family did not have to wait the original projected three weeks based on Matts original schedule. Matt was extremely professional, kind, prompt, and everything you want when you are in a time of need. I recommend 1000% you hire him.

Matt is very professional and thorough. He is very fair and honest. Work was completed timely. Price was very fair. Will definitely call first if ever needed again.

5/5 for responsiveness. I received a referral and reached out to Matt by text message. He responded with 10 minutes, discussed what I needed done and set up an appointment with one of his team to come out.

5/5 for punctuality and professionalism. Punctuality is easy. You say when you’re coming, you notify you’re on your way, and you show up on time.

Professionalism is getting things done efficiently, explaining what needs to happen and how, and then getting to it. Some work couldn’t be wrapped up on that first call, so Brad set up the next call with another plumber.

The second call finished all the work, including additional scope I decided to have done. The work was done well, the house was clean, and Spencer was polite and friendly.

I will use them again, and I would be happy to refer them to friends or family. Well done guys.

Stopped in to chat about an issue with my water heater and about potentially getting a new one. The girls at the desk were very helpful and called the owner to ask him his opinion. He thought it may be the heating elements. Sked a service call and Ben came out to replace my elements as that was the cheapest option vs getting a new one. Turns out that's what it was. They were on time for their appt as well. The pic is old vs new elements.

My water heater broke in the middle of the night and Matt came first thing in the morning. He was great to work with and answered some questions for me about a few other things while he was there. Very grateful he was able to come so quick and fix the issue when it was so cold. Thank you!

They did an excellent job coming out and repairing my sewer line and worked with neighbors to accomplish everything within an accurate time frame. I am very satisfied with the work they did and would contact them again if I need anything!

Matt did a fantastic job for us installing a line for a gas pool heater. He showed up early, explained everything and did a professional job. We would definitely recommend him!

A guy came out to set up the pipes so we could hook up the washer in the basement. Pervious owners had it up stairs in the one bedroom closet. They were very professional and did awesome work! Clean up after himself. I would highly recommend this plumber. Will be using them for any future plumbing needs!

After having a competitor look for my leak...and failing, I reached out to Jim Meyers and Sons. They dispatched Ben, within two days (this was not an emergency) which I was thrilled with. Ben listened to my explanation as to the chain of events and promptly started looking for the source. He requested to cut an access into the wall behind my toilet and discovered a leaking supply line that had not been disturbed since the house was built (2001). He cut out the old line and replaced it. As this had been leaking for quite some time I am running a fan in the area to dry it out before closing in the wall again. If by chance, there is an additional problem, I will not hesitate to call them back. Ben was great, his professionalism, and understanding of my concerns were outstanding. Now that I have their contact information, I will contact them for any future needs.

Jim Meyers Plumbing provided me with the worst customer service, repair work and professionalism I have ever experienced as a five time home owner over the past 30 years.
On the first series of visits, my concrete driveway was unnecessarily dug up in an unsuccessful attempt to locate the problem (no camera was used). Later, I was sent what appeared to be an young, inexperienced technician who tore up my bathroom and flooded it, leaving the adjoining hardwood floor buckled and in need of repair. Instead of cutting around my vanity, it was ripped off the wall , taking surrounding wall/ paint with it. My walls and doors were left filthy with handprints, and my garage and shower were left filled/covered with waste.
Not only was the main 'issue' not fixed after approximately five service visits, but it was never found. One visit they had no snake... the next visit they had no camera. (Another plumbing service company was ale to locate the 'issue' in 20 minutes on their first visit.)
I reached out patiently to the owner on several occasions requesting he come out to assess the damage, specifically to the hardwood floor. He refused to come out and even went so far as to blamed me for the flooding and floor damage. During the one and only phone call with the owner, I was spoken to disrespectfully and abruptly.
I have been in customer service for 30 years... the service provided, the professionalism and the ability to respectfully be held accountable for his technicians/work/service is not even rate-able on a scale of 1-5. (I had to give it a 1 star in order to post this review.) Contacting Jim Meyers Plumbing to fix my plumbing issues was a huge, and costly, mistake.
