Great company and staff! Lisa at the office was very friendly and responsive. My house has a really old hot water baseboard heating system. When I called Ray about the costs to replace, he advised that hot water systems are really reliable and we arranged a P.M. call. The technician arrived promptly and advised my system was running fine after a thorough inspection. Reasonable price for a service call.

Very professional, reliable, kind and knowledgeable! My furnace went out Saturday, I called them Sunday afternoon, they were at my home Monday morning, determined my 40+ year furnace needed replaced. Back on Tuesday morning to install my new furnace! It was a cold weekend, but thanks to Humbert, I'm having a cozy evening!

My furnace went on the blink when we had our first cold snap. I called Lisa and she sent Mike over the same morning. Mike has been helping me for years. He is very professional and really knows what he's doing. I highly recommend Humbert Heating.

We had furnace problems and called Humbert Heating, They were here that morning to diagnose the furnace, a part was ordered and was here that afternoon and the furnace was repaired the same day!! Back in July 2017, I had called Humbert after seeing the work they'd done installing approximately 26 new furnaces in a high rise in downtown Beaver Falls. Something had happened to the central AC in my home so I called them to see what was wrong. I can't honestly say how quickly they got to my house that time but the technician put system sealant in my unit and two pounds of freon and it worked perfectly for the rest of 2017, 2018, 2019 and it even blew cold this year; just not quite as cold as it should have. So, I called Humbert around 10:00 am this morning and they told me I could get on today's schedule. And I was put on the schedule and the tech fixed it up like new and ahhhhh, it's so much cooler in here now. I was happy first time around and I'm happy again! Quick service, fair price and a very friendly and knowledgeable technician. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

We had Mitsubishi multi zone units installed in our house over the past two days. Ray and his crew were excellent !!!!!! They were very clean, efficient and accommodating. Ray was thorough in showing us how to run each unit. The price was much better then other quotes I have received and the service was A+. I would highly recommend them.

I have had Humbert heating /ac at my house a few times over the past 11 years. My air conditioning issue was fixed promptly & professionally. I plan on getting my furnace replaced by them within the next year as well. Lisa is very accommodating , and I never wait long for an appointment. I highly recommend this company.

Excellent service, was able to tailor the new system to our house heating and cooling needs, made the best suggestion, and price, was the best deal, Ray, great guy to work with. Also, after installation, made sure the work area was cleaned and gave a very detailed explanation of how to operate the new system and offered to stop by to answer any other questions or concerns. Humbert is a 5 start company.
