Great Service! Furnace stopped working in our rental and Lisa, Mike and crew provided quick and fantastic service. Came out same the day we called and installed the next morning. Would highly recommend.

We had another company doing our furnace/ac maintenance, & they'd be done in 10 mins. Never knew any difference, until Humbert's people came, & they did a thorough job that took a lot longer than 10 mins. They did a great job & plan to always use them in the future.

Ray came out and gave us an estimate. What a super nice guy. His price was very very affordable. They were able to get our new system in and running in a very short time. His staff was very professional. They put cloth down so there was no messes made. I would highly recommend!

I had a furnace replaced. The work was reasonable and timely. The woman that handles the calls is very helpful and knowledgeable.

My furnace stopped working last Weds., Jan. 15th and the temperature in my house when I arrived home, was a cold 54 degrees. I called Humbert Heating in Monaca since that is where I live, and the friendly receptionist told me that a service employee could be at my house within a half hour. Well, I looked out the window and it was even 20 minutes later, and Mike and his truck were in my driveway. He was very courteous and knowledgeable as he did diagnostics on my Lennox furnace. He discovered the issue with 10 minutes. I was in need of a new draft motor. Since Lennox parts are only sold close to Pittsburgh, Mike called me when he left my house and he located the exact motor I needed in Pittsburgh which he said he could drive there in the morning to pick it up. He was here the next day at 9:45am. and installed the motor promptly. I highly recommend Humbert Heating for their efficiency and knowledge and professionalism if you ever are in need of furnace or AC repairs!

Woke up to my furnace not working, called them and a guy was over in like 15 minutes, fast service. My furnace was fixed within 30 minutes. Very professional. Highly recommend.

I want to preface this with the fact that I did not have any work done by this company, so I cannot comment on the quality or price of the work. I can however, comment on the impossibility of getting someone to actually call me back or come out to my property.
I called Humbert because someone said they had work done and had nothing but a good experience with them. At first they were very responsive. Ray even said he would come out and look at my heat pump for free to tell me whether we should bother with a leak test to diagnose and fix the issue or just replace it. He said his office manager, Lisa I believe her name is, would give me a call to set up an appointment. I never got a call.
A week later I called them, left a voicemail, and again did not receive a call back. I called again a few days later, left another voicemail, and again got no call back. I called a week after that same story. I gave them another week to call me back and finally got Lisa on the phone and made an appointment for Ray to come between 1 and 3 last Thursday. Ray ever showed and no one called me to tell me anything. I called them at 4:30. Got the voicemail again, left a voicemail asking for a call back because I didn't know if I should still expect him. Never got a call back. So I decided to call again this morning to hopefully get an explanation and an apology. I got an explanation; they were busy with "emergency" calls. No apology. Ray asked that I explain the issue again and said he could probably get out here later this week. I asked for a day and time and he said someone would give me a call the day before to let me know. I said I have other appointments later this week and would need a day/time, and he repeated that someone would call the day before. Needless to say, I called another company and have them scheduled for tomorrow. I tried to be nice and not call this an emergency. I tried to even give them the benefit of the doubt that it got hot suddenly, they would be getting a lot of calls, and other people might be in more need than me, but a month of not returning calls, not coming to appointments, not calling to tell me that I don't have to wait around for two hours for someone who isn't coming, is unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. I will never attempt to call them again. I wasted a month and now am stuck in 90 degree weather with a baby and without air conditioning.

Humbert Heating & Air Conditioning never fail me. always comes same day,is very reasonable ,explains how we could help ourselves by giving us knowledge on how it works.Their number is on my phone favorites because of their integrity and honesty .EVERY TIME ALL THE TIME!
