My out door unit died during on a 95 degree day. I called I J Tech and they were extremely professional and polite. They had their technician Bill come to my house within 3 hours of my initial phone call. Bill found the problem right away and had my AC back to normal with in 30 minutes! Bill was super friendly and professional. The price for the immediate service was less than I expected it to be. I highly recommend this company for any HVAC problems!

Super pleased with I J Tech and continue to use them for all our heating/air conditioning needs. Their tech, Alan, was out today for our annual routine maintenance check on our system and he was on-time, polite, efficient, pleasant manners, explained everything thoroughly. I am a business owner who called IJ Tech about a plumbing issue. Within an hour a technician, Jake, arrived. He was clean, well spoken, polite and intelligent. He quickly diagnosed the issue and went about correcting it. He even cleaned up the floor when finished. Excellent service.

I woke up this morning, my furnace wasn't working. Not having issues before, I didn't know who to call. I googled furnace repair, called a few companies. IJ Tech was the only company that acted like I mattered, and the lowest price. Repairman was here within two hours. Repaired it within an hour. Thank you Denis for the wonderful service today.

IJ Tech recently installed a Fujitsu heating-A/C split system in my house. They put in 4 wall units through plaster and 2 wall units in very difficult locations. Kyle, Jake and Dennis were knowledgeable, polite, thorough, and cleaned up after every session. I would highly recommend you contact Jody at IJ Tech first for solutions to any of your heating or cooling problems.☺

Buyer beware! Had a brand new HVAC unit installed and was done half assed! Installer supervisor which is a part owner does not know how to read a contract. He was upset with me when he found out there was additional work to be done. Poor communication between salesman (Joel Moore) and service. Discuss the install at the start of the job and he did what he wanted to do anyway. This is how the install started, they ordered the wrong unit, did not have the right tools for the job, scratch my washer and left our home filthy. (Have pictures) Left our home WITHOUT pressure testing our gas line.
(Did not have the tool) Amerigas came out and tested the line and determined that the line was NOT safe to use. (Gross Leak) Spoke to Jody Hoffman co-owner and he said he was embarrassed over the quality of the install and he would make it right. Company came back out re-ran the gas line and pressure test the system. Fixed the electrical issues that they caused and fastened the line set that they forgot to do the first time. Caulked the gap around that vent lines that again they forgot to do. Disscuss additional concerns with the install with Jody and he refused to make it right. He explained that he loss money on this job and the rest of the work was good enough. When I addressed the scratch on the washer he said what proof do you have it was us! I offered to show him how his worker used my washer as there work bench but he was more concerned about how much money he lost on this job. Placed a service call to address system imbalances and was told there is nothing more that they are willing to do. During the summer I placed a few more calls to address the outside unit rattling like a tin can but was told again there is nothing they can do. On 8/30/2018 a tech can out to address condensation on the unit and the floor. Discover that a condensation had made it's way in to the control cabinet. He cut the intake vent line off the unit and said "we will get back to you with a plan of action for the intake condensation". He also addressed the rattling outside unit by bending the surround inward. (Great FIX) Needless to say I have NEVER received a follow up call. I have contacted this company more times then I can count. I have even emailed Jody Hoffman personal email several times with NO response. Recently had a inspection performed by UGI and was told that my gas service is NOT IFGC compliant. UGI Advised me to verify if a permit was applied for and if an inspection was done.
After reaching out to the code Department in my local Township I discovered that a permit was never applied for and inspection was never done.
Subsequently the township has filed a citation with the local Magistrate for the violation. Maybe soon I'll will get someone's attention. Paying over 7000.00 for a unit I would think I would get top notch service. I am appalled at their customer service and or there lack of. Hopefully, sooner rather than later someone will fix this expensive investment.

Jody and his team are absolutely wonderful! They are very knowledgeable and courteous. I would highly recommend IJ Tech for any HVAC needs. Jody went above and beyond to ensure that our needs were taken care of and that all of our questions were answered.

We lost our water heater on a Friday. When discovered the part would take about a week to come in, IJ Tech replaced the entire water heater on Saturday and all covered by warranty. Above and beyond to satisfy us and very much appreciated.
