I used KE Seifert for a renovation. The master plumber was competent and respectful. The problem w/ this company is they did not do itemized billing. After receiving the first large bill, I asked to itemize. I was sent a very vague and incomplete statement. We went on to use them ( again, plumber was very good). But I got doubled billed and again very vague billing. I firmly believe ( after dealing with other plumbing companies) that we were overbilled. I am not sure if the administration staff is incompetent or shady. I would be careful when dealing with them. Get estimates for each job. Keep track of time and workers.

As with some of the other reviews, these guys should be avoided. They came out to my office to check my back flow valve which took about 3 minutes. Then I get a bill for $265. For several years I used another company and they only charge me $90. When I called them, they tried to tell me that's the going rate. I guess that another way of saying "We gouge our customers". My advice is ask for a cost up front. Then go somewhere else.

I wish I could rate negative stars. While not having them perform service on my home... one of their service "technicians" cut me off hard in heavy traffic and kicked up debris in my windshield fracturing it into to pieces. When I honked to get their attention i received a middle finger from the driver as he darted through traffic to avoid me. I wish i could've gotten a license plate number to take further action but have been surmised to pay $400 out of pocket for this businesses unprofessional and incompetent driving. If their mechanical skills match their driving, this company is doomed.

Initially KE Seifert installed a furnace much too large for my home. After complaining a great deal they finally replaced it with the correct unit. I appreciate them owning their "mistake" and replacing the unit. I do feel their HVAC Manager would benefit from a customer service training course.

Very flexible with the time, the technician, Joe, showed up right at the beginning of the time range. Took care of what I needed with the leaky toilet and then some! And, gave me advice on buying a sink disposal, which I also called them back to install. Great service.

The worst!!! Please look elsewhere for your plumbing needs. Seifert plumed our entire brand new home 9.5 years ago in Princeton, and the amount of floods we’ve had has been surreal. So many plumbers have come into our home to deal with the issues caused by Seifert, and they have all said the same thing, “I have never seen a house plumbed like this in my entire career!!!!!” Save yourself the pain, frustration, and fortune to fix their horrific work.

They post an emergency phone number. My sump pump stopped working and I was quickly getting water in my basement. Called the "emergency number" 3 times on Saturday between 2:00 and 5:00. No answer not even a voice mail. Called again Sunday morning with the same result. Why have an emergency number if it is never answered ?

We needed help (very last minute) with looking at a property we were interested in purchasing and they were so helpful and responsive and gave us same day service. Professional and on time. The office staff was a pleasure to coordinate with as well. Highly recommend!

I've had such an issue with contractors, in general, but most recently had difficulty getting a plumber to call me back. As a realtor we had been working with and she recommended KE Seifert. Was in a pinch and they were SO accommodating and working with my dead line. Called them back for another small job and just as pleased. Now I am working with them on a new project in a home we recently went under contract with. Everyone I've dealt with there has been professional, pleasant and does their job well. Pricing is comparable. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

Plumber arrived at our home at 6 pm and was done at 625 pm then sat in his truck for 20 minutes writing a bill up was told rate was 165$ per hour priced parts on my own under 30$ after plumber left I noticed he put down arrival time at 535pm we feel we were charged double what we should have paid and will not use KE Seifert Plumbing again
