R. Brooks Mechanical

R. Brooks has taken care of our HVAC system for many years. They are extremely responsive and consistently address our needs, from routine service to installing a new system. The technicians are very capable, and Chuck often follows up to make sure we are satisfied with their service.

I found the company to be respectful and efficient. The office staff was super friendly and also responsive to questions and calls. I was referred to R Brooks by a co worker. They manage the community where we work.

Jeremiah came to my home on an after hours call. He was very conscientious and worked diligently to find the problem with my furnace. He explained what needed to be checked and what could be causing the problem. He answered all of my questions and explained what he was looking for. Fortunately it wasn’t a major problem and he had our unit repaired quickly!

The serviceman was on time with a call stating when he would be there. He was efficient and helpful with questions
