Rick came out to my place and fixed my heating issue promptly and on short notice. He was quick and efficient, and even went the extra mile to replace/clean up some other components inside the furnace. Definitely 5/5 service and I would recommend to anyone in need of such services

Our furnace made it to 16 years but was on it's last leg. In the past couple of years we had numerous problems that began to "nickel n' dime" us. We started asking friends for recommendations on an HVAC outfit to replace our current HVAC System. We got pointed to Rick and never looked back. He came on a service call within a half-hour of our call and got our old system up and running. We got a quote with a complete listing of what was included with the new one and why. Everything was very straight forward and he's a very likeable guy AND KNOWS HIS STUFF! The unit was in within 2 days. Nice to be warm! I would not hesitate to recommend him. A good, honest, hard working human being! They don't come any better in my book!

We had all but given up on ever getting Central Air Installed in our home. We moved here in 1986 and have had numerous Heating and Cooling Companies over the years tell us running lines into the Addition was not possible. That is until Rick from Ayers Heating and Cooling actually took the time to climb into our Attic and investigate our situation. All of the sudden we heard knocking on the Ceiling in our Family Room and Rick yelling "I FOUND THE HOLY GRAIL?" He was as excited as we were! You see the Ceilings are Vaulted and nobody thought there was enough space to run Lines. Rick found about 4 feet of crawl space. That was the beginning of what brought us to today. WE HAVE CENTRAL AIR!!! All because one man took the time and cared enough to put forth the extra effort! Talk about Professional, Rick was always here when he said he would be, he Text when he was on his way and worked HARD to get the job done in a Professional Efficient Manor. Rick installed my new furnace and central air. He has also done some plumbing repairs for me. His work is impecable and he always is available to answer any questions.

We had a chimney fire associated with an unknown heating element connected to the fireplace. Called several HVAC companies and none felt that they could help. Called Ayers and Rick found the problem right away. He removed the heating unit and sealed the chimney. We called back for a few more projects, all done well. Good service, professional, personable and reasonably priced. A++++

Furnace quit working. Called Ayers and he quickly came out and got it running again for a great price. Absolutely will use again.
