We have our system checked every year, and this is the 3rd time we've used ARS, and have been pleased with them every time. This time Earl & Brice were the techs that came out to check the HVAC. They were professional, efficient, and friendly. And we thank God they found a serious problem with our (31 y.o.) furnace, which lead us to having Bob from ARS come out and give us an estimate on a new HVAC system. (The AC unit is almost 30 y.o.!) ARS is coming on Monday to install it! (They could've come today but my wife and I already had plans!)
10/19/2022: HVAC system installed and the guys did a great job! They could only check the furnace because it was too cold to check the A/C.
3/1/2023: Jared checked the A/C unit today since it was 65 degrees outside! Everything checked out, and Jared was professional and thorough!

Scheduled for an annual furnace check. I was told to select a 4-hour window of time for this. I chose a 4-hour block that worked for my work schedule. It was not communicated to me that this time was the arrival window and not the window for service time. A tech arrived within the last 15 minutes of the 4 hour block I blocked off and spent about 30 minutes with the furnace. A miscommunication is frustrating but understandable. I canceled my meeting so I didn't have to reschedule service and block off another 4 hours on a different day.
The tech missed a substantial crack through my heat exchanger, readily photographed by another company I asked for a second opinion.
Their quote was a nearly 50% higher cost compared to another company that I'm glad I got a timely second-opinion from. ARS included an add-on I did not ask for. They refused to communicate with my home insurance or home warranty, one of which did eventually cover costs when spoken with briefly, again, by a different company.
The experience with ARS overall felt predatory and high-pressure. The tone of the tech was that he would cut off my furnace on the spot if I didn't schedule a follow-up with them with intent to replace. I can't recommend.
