Amazing company and service! To start, my initial email request on servicing my broken AC unit was answered immediately. Jon explained things/prices clearly and had a service tech out within two days! So fast and reliable. All of the techs were kind, knowledgeable and respectful of property. The whole installation took less than 5 hours and it works beautifully. Prices were great and even offered financing. They are a life saver in this heat. I’m recommending them to my entire block.

Issue is I had a new system installed and it hasn't been working at 100%. It had a few issues and they had to come out several times to make adjustments but bottom line is the system does not reach all the rooms in the house. Today is 95 outside(very hot day) and its 90 degrees inside the house with the system running. Finally, I just gave up on calling them back but I still have to hear my wife's mouth of how I paid $10,000 and our bedroom is always hot.
Save your money and find someone else. Unreal!!!

Hands down the nicest people! I had the pleasure of having 2 techs out. 1 to diagnose and another to repair once the part came in. The owner kept me informed along the way and the young lady who spoke to us about pricing was top notch and gave me all the options I could think of. With being a first time home owner I was so overwhelmed when my heater stopped work and was worried about what was next. This company put me at ease and treated me like I've been a customer for years. I will definitely use them for every hvac I will need in the future!

I spoke with Jon at Comfort Controllers to schedule an appointment to have our system serviced. With my wife and I working from home and cant really be disturbed during the day he had a technician come out at 7:00am and did a great job. He gave us recommendations on things we could do to prolong the life of our heater and wasn't pushy at all about selling us something we didn't need. We also have an aggressive dog and was very mindful of being quiet while doing his service call. We really appreciate them being so flexible and will definitely use and recommend them going forward.

After our central air unit suddenly stopped working in this brutal heat, we immediately called Comfort Controllers. Matt and Tim were beyond kind, courteous and professional, and the issue was diagnosed and repaired within minutes. I cannot thank these guys enough. Highly recommend!

Very highly recommend! I reached out to them via Facebook message at 4:30 in the morning. They responded immediately and were here by 7:20am. In less than 10 minutes they had my a/c unit up and running again. Very efficient and reasonably priced - especially during a heat wave! Comfort controllers came out multiple times when I had issues with clogged lines and a tipped HVAC pan. Chris in particular was wonderful to work with and did the job right, a real professional. Prices were fair as well and they were responsive, even coming out the same day to address the issue.

Amazing company! Mike is all about customer service and ensuring his team does a great job! They were on time, polite, got right to work and cleaned up after they were finished. I’ve had them repair ductwork in my old home and just had them install a new HVAC unit in my new home!! It was like having family doing the work!!

Jon and Comfort Controllers Heating and AC were fantastic for our needs. I had an issue that I needed serviced immediately, Jon and his guys were prompt, professional, and accommodated exactly what i was looking for.

My niece recommended Comfort Controllers. They are professional and take the time to explain their recommendations. They installed a new HVAC system. We are very pleased with their work and professionalism. We had a minor issue and I called them and 9:30 p.m. as a heat wave was coming and Mike was out at 8 a.m. the very next morning. Excellent customer service!!!! I would highly recommend this company!!
