I've mainly have encountered Rabe on there commercial side of things and I have nothing but positive experiences with them. Nothing but professional workers all around especially Rich Brown, the man knows how to do business. During the entire time of both of my experiences he made myself and my partner feel like we were his number one priority at all times. Good to see good service is still alive today. Hope to work with them again on a project in the future very soon!
Very disappointed in service. The issue was not fixed properly the first time. Tech #2 even stated that it was not right but yet we were charged. We had to assist Tech #1 in the repair and he caused more damage then he fixed but yet we were charged for all of the mistakes. Daryl the service manager is a nightmare to deal with. He really needs to learn how to speak to people.
A very customer service oriented company. The problem might not always be fixed correctly the first time, but they will make sure it is fixed in a very timely manner. They have preventive maintenance contracts, which I would recommend. Probably not the cheapest choice, but you get what you pay for.

I am not a regular customer so no service. I would’ve liked to have a great company with a good reputation to have on call but no. They’re more worried about getting paid.
