Excellent place to work with! Next day service on a non emergent plumbing issue. The work was quick, clean and efficient. The plumber knew exactly was he was doing and what needed done. I ended up paying $700 less than a previous quote from another company, mainly because he fixed the actual issue and didn't try to make it complicated and price gouge. I will absolutely be using George Winston for my future plumbing needs.

Guy showed up and was rude from the beginning. Checked our furnace and within a few minutes deemed the Furnace as condemned. I asked about how the home warranty works and he became really rude and stated they don't deal with home warranties. He referred me to Dave Winston instead. Then charged me $96 for 5 minutes. Super rude and annoying the whole time. Will never use them again!

9 phone calls over 2 weeks asking to receive a quote after the plumbers visited our house. Finally, $1,700 quote. No, they cannot break the quote down that we can see what each section costs. If we want to take anything out of the quote, it is $98 an hour plus supplies. The owner will schedule an appointment, no idea when. My fiancée followed up, agent was immensely rude and told her to take our business elsewhere. We did!

Called at 8 am and they were at my home before 11am. Fast, friendly and the water heater replacement costed what they estimated me. Will definitely use them again!

Had a good experience with them last November to service my furnace, then ghosted me two appointments in a row to service my AC. It's one thing to not show up, but when you call me that morning to say you'll give me a call if you can't make it and then don't, it just rubs me the wrong way. Not like they're the only plumbers in Erie.

I called these guys last week to be sure another plumbing company wasn't fibbing. Dave who answered the phone took the time to explain the situation a lot better, very professional and friendly. He said to call if I needed anything else. Fast forward to today, I needed my new faucet installed. Instead of calling the other plumbing company I first used, I called these guys. Said what I needed to have done, took my information and let me know the technician would call when he's on his way. Honestly I was expecting to be a late afternoon appointment or even tomorrow. Nope, about an hour later Ken called, validated my address and came over. Very professional and friendly. Wasn't phased when I jumped on a conference call and in no time I had a new kitchen faucet. But he didn't just install it he took the time to explain that if the touch on/off stops working, check the battery first and if it stops working altogether, showed me how to remove the touch on/off mechanism and make it a regular faucet. He didn't have to do that but he did. Very impressed with the customer service, quality and price of work. Now I get to wash pots and pans again.

While doing renovations, we found leaking pipes. Other plumbing services were much more expensive and could not do the work for several weeks, which would hold up our renovations.
Shane came out on Thursday to evaluate the work, quoted a good, fair price and scheduled us for Saturday! Shane completed the work in a professional manner, cleaned up after himself, and even repaired some other repairs which we had been putting off. I heartily recommend Winston Plumbing and Shane!!!
