They were quick, communicated great, had great knowledge of the work they were doing, were professional, and had amazing teamwork. One thing that really caught my attention was that when other teams were done, they came to help out the team that was at my house because my house hadn't been serviced in a while (bought the house recently and previous owners didn't take care of the boiler system). The teamwork showed what kind of company culture they had, and it enabled the employees to do a great job. These guys were fair in their pricing, and went above and beyond to help me with the issues that I had without trying to oversell me on things that I didn't need. Would highly recommend.

My water heater busted in the late evening. After reading the positive reviews, I called David J. Winston after hours and left a message. They called me back around 8am the next morning and sent 2 repair men out that same day and I had a brand new water heater by the afternoon. They were very friendly and efficient. I will use them again for sure!

Professional and friendly service. The techs not only diagnosed and fixed the furnace problem quickly, but also educated me on some of the furnace components and preventative maintenance to keep the unit in best possible running order. I have used several HVAC companies through the years at several different houses, but these guys were the most friendly and helpful. Down to earth but professional, punctual and the cost was very reasonable.

I placed a home warranty claim late yesterday and got a call by 8am that they would be able to come out early afternoon to take a look. Justin had a great personality, was easy to talk to, and deal with. He was able to diagnose and fix the issue very quickly! I am very thankful for Justin and David J Winston Co. Thank you!!

The company did a great job. We are very happy with our new AC installation. We had absolutely no duck work or vents. They put their effort to get to all the rooms in the house. We are very thankful and highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a company to install their AC. Very professional, work done very careful and neat.

True professionals. They fixed our hot water and heating promptly. The technician Jason did a great job finding the problems and resolving them. They were the third company we called, the others could not bothered. From now on, they are the only company we will call. And I will highly recommend them to anyone. I’ve been a customer of David Winston Plumbing since moving back to Erie in June 2014. We started using Winston Plumbing as a referral from our home warranty company and we always get excellent service at a fair price. Jason has been to our home over a ½ dozen times to complete both repair items and regular preventive service on our plumbing and HVAC system. On our most recent service call we called Jason around 6 pm to fix our sump pump which we found was not pumping any longer. He was at our home with in 30 minutes and completed the job 30 minutes later. We can count on Jason and the rest of the team at David Winston Plumbing to provide us excellent service at a fair price. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for a plumbing and HVAC company.

My furnace went out overnight. I called American Home Shield who then referred the problem to Dalvid J. Winston Co. I did a follow up call to David J. Winston Co. around 9:15 am and within 30 minutes a service technician(Chuck)arrived. A burned out capacitor was the problem. Within a half hour, the furnace was up and running. Great service, prompt, friendly and helpful technician. Very pleased with the prompt service. A rarity these days. I highly recommend this company.

NEVER answer the phone. They were supposed to replace my air conditioning system through my home warranty company and told the home warranty company an animal or something must have gotten into the unit. Exact opposite of what they told us. They told us it needed freonso we purchased freon from them. A few days went by and the air wasn't working. They came back and told us it was shot and needed replaced. They told the warranty company something completely different because they don't want to replace it because they don't make any money by doing it through the warranty company 😡. So far we have paid both of them and still no AIR!
