Walsh Brothers quoted a water heater replacement job over the phone, when other companies I contacted insisted that they couldn’t share their rates until a technician came to diagnose the problem for a trip and diagnostic fee that would be credited should I contract with them for the job at an over inflated rate. One of those companies that I talked to quoted me double what Walsh quoted, trying to use OEM parts and warranties to explain their extreme above market rates - and I WAS a repeat customer… Walsh quoted me for the water heater, expansion tank, installation labor, removal of the old system, and all needed materials over the phone. They showed up exactly when they said they would and charged me exactly what they quoted. They answered all my questions about the water heater, provided tips on preventative maintenance, and even answered some of my HVAC questions. Definitely recommend!

Great experience!! After being out of heat for nearly 2 weeks, Joe & Dan of Walsh Brothers came out to replace my old 30+ yr old boiler and install a new Weil McLain heating system. Heat back on!

They were on-time, professional, courteous, and did a great job with the installation. They went above and beyond and I could not be more grateful. Great people who listen to the customer. They keep going until the problem is solved. I live in a 115 year old house with various modifications over the years to the heating system. Tim solved the problem with my cold radiator.

My name is Victor and we just had Walsh Brothers Plumbing and Mechanical Services/ Drexel Hill, PA install an entirely new conversion to a gas fired heating and hot water system; replacing oil. This was an excellent experience from start to finish, and the pricing was very satisfactory compared to the four estimates I received. Our system is a complicated five zone baseboard system, which required considerable plumbing, and the outcome looks like a work of art. Kevin, Joe and Dan were always polite, clean and pleasant. I felt assured they would stand by their work if there was ever any issue. I have already recommended them twice.

The heat system went down in one of our stores. We called Walsh on a Saturday who sent out a team immediately to take a look at the system. A part had to be ordered and the team promised they would be back onsite first thing Monday morning. When Walsh team arrived to repair, unfortunately, system was shot and we had to replace the system. The staff was professional in that new system was ordered and installed within a week. We were very impressed with the teams both onsite and in office. We were very happy we chose Walsh and will use them for all our plumbing/heating needs at all our stores.

Top notch, Will came out right away, I called with my boiler issue spoke with Will he was out in a half hour or so to diagnose and fix the issue which was a new gas valve. He got parts fast, installed quickly and was friendly and personable. I will call them for my needs from now on I highly recommend.

I set up an appointment for an A/C tuneup. I had been scheduled for the afternoon, but Walsh contacted me a few days ahead of time to see if they could switch me to the morning (which actually worked better for us). Will showed up early in our given time frame and I received a text when he was about 10 minutes away. He was polite and knowledgeable, squeezed into the hot attic without a complaint. Also hooked up a new thermostat that wasn't on his list of things to do. He worked efficiently and my A/C is running great. Thanks for great service.
