Our furnace started making a loud clattering noise and vibration. Walker sent out Robert W. to take a look. After listening and looking at the problem he determined the motor needed to be replaced. Ours wasn't in stock so it was ordered. Few days later Robert came back with new motor for install. Upon removal of our motor he found a dead mouse in it. He removed the mouse (obviously lol) and cleaned entire motor and fan assembly. Reinstalled our original motor to see if the vibration and noise went away which it did. Saved us hundreds of dollars since new motor wasn't needed. Appreciate the honesty and customer service which was given to us. We will definitely use Walker Heating/Air again and again when needed. Thanks again to Robert for his work and professionalism.

These people are awesome! My gas fireplace is possessed by Gremlins, and at the beginning of every cold snap it acts up!!! It is older but its the best model Quadrafire ever made so I dont want to replace it. This year was no exception. Walker Heating and Air had to come out to my house to fix it. It was a pain and I felt like their problem child for a minute. But they are always so gracious and about accommodating my wacky work schedule. I love these people and their work. I highly recommend this company.

Walker Heating & AC go above and beyond with their service. They installed a heat pump that required special certification and they took the time to get the certificate needed. When they installed the unit they made sure that everything was working properly before they left even though it was late. They were polite and courteous and made sure that their work area was cleaned before they left. The next day we had a question at 7am and they were there to take our call! Can't say it enough....great customer service. If you need any hvac service please call them FIRST! You won't regret it.

Only been here once. The lady in the front was very pleasant and understood what I was looking for. The business was clean and pleasant. They also deal trane hvac equipment which is top of the line stuff as far as I'm concerned. I should know I was in the hvac business for over 25 years. From what I saw and experienced in my short visit there I wouldn't be concerned about using them for my hvac needs.

Recently, upon moving to Sweet Home, I contacted the first Heating and AC outfit I came across for a quote.

It was not a good experience and frankly, the owner did not seem to want my business.

So I reached out to another local, family owned busines for their suggestion and was referred to Walker Heating and AC right here in Sweet Home.

Kylan came out to give a quote. He was very detailed including quotes for probable future installs to include firepits in both front and back yard not to mention converting electric cooking to gas cooking and a pizza oven install.

Kylan and his crew completed all of their work on time. ( Which is amazing when you consider there is always potential for the unexpected in a pre owned home.)

While the crew was here poking a hole through my ceiling for the new gas fireplace chimney, I asked if they knew anything about installing skylights. Yup. They've installed one and soon to install a second as soon as my parts order arrive.

Our mother’s 53 year-old oil furnace finally died. It was an antiquated plenum or “rat-slab” system. We contacted 5 HVAC companies for estimates for a new heat pump system, one each from Eugene, Corvallis, Salem, Springfield, and Walker’s in Sweet Home.
Interestingly, the first four company salesmen looked at the electrical panel to insure it had space for the heat pump. Not one mentioned the panel itself. Instead of a salesperson, Kylan Walker, the Walker Heating and AC owner himself, came to look at our system. Like the others, Kylan also checked the electrical panel, but he immediately voiced his concern that it was a Federal Pacific brand, which I learned are notoriously dangerous. (Some companies even list “Federal Pacific Panel Replacement” in their online menus.) Subsequently, an electrician confirmed its danger and we had it replaced.
Kylan was also the only one who actually crawled under the house to assess the situation and he spent considerable time checking out the attic for return air duct placement.
Walker’s estimate was not the lowest or the highest, but was fair, and we felt confident in their game-plan and professionalism. Kylan and Robert arrived to work on-time and were courteous and efficient. They were friendly, answered all of our questions, and left the work area extremely clean.
In addition, Melissa and Tessa in the office were always so pleasant and helpful. They returned calls promptly and always responded to emails right away.
We are very happy with the new Trane heat pump, and we highly recommend Walker Heating and AC!

The house I just bought has a new HVAC system in it. Have had nothing but problems with this system so I called a friend if mine who installs and works on these and from what me and him found Walker heating and air did a hack job on install. They did not brase my pipes correctly so I am leaking freon everywhere. They didn't install a air-dryer on the line. They installed the heat pump right next to my gas line and directly in front of my dryer vent outside. These guys are a joke
